Honestly, I didn't want to do this at first, but now I feel it's important that I do.I booked the blush flower wall and LOVE marquee with a half balloon arch for a surprise wedding photoshoot back in May. I spoke to Michael initially in March to plan and budget everything, and paid a $200 deposit at that time. Two days before the event, I received an email from Chris confirming the event details and asking for final payment via online form. After reviewing the contract, I paid the balance and confirmed once more, the details of the logistics for the event to ensure the decor is setup on time.On the day of the event, I received a call from Kerwin (11:30am), who was apparently a third party that would be installing the actual decor, saying that he was just leaving Burlington and that he's on his way, but he has to pick up supplies from his shop before heading over. He was scheduled to arrive at 10:00am but ended up arriving at 12:30pm to begin setting up, and our event was due to start at 3:00pm. When he finally arrived, he asked me if there were any men around to help him carry out the marquee letters from his truck, and also help blow up some balloons to make it quicker because apparently they couldn't be inflated prior to arrival. At this point, we only had so much time to get everything done, so we helped as best we could, but we thought that we were paying for a service that included installation, so we weren't happy about it.Even worse, there wasn't enough time to inflate the balloons and set up the arch, so I asked Kerwin to cancel it and I sent an email to Chris immediately, requesting that he refund the balloon arch. At about 1:30pm Kerwin discovered that a few bulbs weren't working on one of the marquee letters, so he had to leave in he middle of setup to go back to the warehouse and find a replacement. By the time he returned, it was about 2:30pm and we had 30 minutes to fasten the flower wall to our fence because the posts Kerwin brought did not have sandbags or spikes. I would post photos if I could. By 3pm, the setup was complete but the flower wall kept swaying with the wind since it was being held together by zipties, so we had to keep an eye on it. After the event, I called Kerwin to confirm he could collect the decor the following morning at 10:00am, which he agreed to. Unfortunately, he was late again, and this time he didn't show up until after 3pm. Needless to say, my family and I weren't impressed with the service provided and will likely never be using their company again...and no, I still haven't received my refund - it is now August, and I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to see any results.I really do hope that anyone who reads this takes caution when considering to hire this company.

Unhappy with the customer service.

I rented the Rose Gold Full Paper Flower Wall for my wedding at One King West in March 2019. The wall was a HIT; our guests spent the night taking photos. The colours also complimented our theme beautifully.Set up and take-down was completed entirely by Floral Walls Canada, we simply had to provide them with the drop off and pick-up times and location. Payment was simple and all questions were promptly answered by Chris. I would HIGHLY recommend this service for special events and wouldn't hesitate to work with Floral Walls again in the future.

I rented the flower meadow arch and it was perfect!! A+++++ company!!!
