Moncton Chrysler was excellent, they did the appraisal of my vehicle online, gave me a fair trade in value for my vehicle and a good deal on my new vehicle purchase. On top of that I was able to pick out a free gift, I picked a SS barbecue. Thanks to Sam the salesperson, Sean the Finance Manager and Kevin the used car Manager.

Make an appointment for a routine oil change, and wait inside for over an hour. Ridiculous.Bought a 2019 JLU Sahara with soft top and a hard top. I ended up missing two rails for the soft top take off and messaged the salesperson. I was told other salespeople take parts from other Jeeps in the lot as they need. He asked if I would like to speak with the parts person, I said whoever I need to speak with to get the parts to use the soft top - and never heard anything back.They filled" a big chip in the windshield

I usually go elsewhere for service because of my history of them not respecting people's time, but went recently out of necessity.Long story short, appointment scheduled for 7:30am last Friday, got reminder the day before that it was at 7:45am, despite learning on arrival that mechanics only start working at 8am.They didn't even begin working on my vehicle until 9:14am for what was supposed to be a 1-hour inspection, which still took over 75 minutes.I'm not knocking the quality of their work, staff is always friendly, but respecting people's time and a little communication would go a long way.

I can’t even begin to explain how disappointed I am with the service department. Just one example is the fact that after almost FIVE hours into our appointment, an advisor called me to say that there was a “slight mix-up with the computer” and they couldn’t do ANY of the work that our car was in for. AFTER FIVE HOURS!I have never, ever been so frustrated and disappointed. And insulted.Oh, and when you call, please note that there is often no one available to answer.

I have been dealing with Moncton Chrysler for just over a year now. I am very pleased with the service, communication and respect Moncton Chrysler has given me. From Sales to Finance to service depth. to Shuttle, everyone make you feel good about dealing with Moncton Chrysler. I do recommend them!!

I dropped off my vehicle at 730am for a 8am 4 hour appointment for Brales and fluid check along with a mount and balance. The tech and service advisor lead me to believe everything was gonna get done and I was to be communicated throughout the day and would return at 3pm to pick up my vehicle. No call, no communication. Also no brakes done. Waisted 45 minutes when I got there to tell me that they could not get them done. So you did all the easy stuff on my.list bit the safety thing you ignored.. this place sucks at communicating and manager could care less unless you need a retorque.. the most completely disregard for customer service. It never improves why are they not held accountable cause from owner to manager all they do is blame and waist time. Horrible service when called out they don't know how to make it right. Worst dealership in moncton go somewhere else

We were travelling from Ontario to PEI and developed a rattle in the car. I called and they took us in immediately even though they were fully booked. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our car was fixed and checked over for safety. Thank you!!

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new (or new-to-you) vehicle! I was especially pleased with the service received from our sales consultant, Sam, and from Doug in the finance office. After visiting two Dodge dealerships before Moncton Chrysler, we realized that all dealerships are definitely NOT equal and not every sales consultant works with honesty and integrity. Feeling completely put out by our negative experiences, we arrived warily at Moncton Chrysler. Sam turned our furrowed brows into smiles with her demeanour and knowledge of the vehicles she sells. The truck we were booked to look at was there (I didn’t even know before this whole shopping experience that that could be an issue!), sitting out front and ready for us to test out. The process to buy was easy - great trade-in value, a fantastic deal with no pressure or hidden fees, just a calculated on-the-road price that made sense and was within the budget we set. This dealership is a cut above the rest!

Took my truck there at 8h15 am for a repair. Didn't hear anything back from them until 3h30, that they wanted to keep my truck overnight or I had the option to bring it back a week later, and they had no loaner. Kind of late in the day to find a way home 30 min away. I called the service manager right after to understand the situation, he didn't know anything about it. Why have a service manager if he has no clue at 3h30 in the afternoon what went well and what didn't go so well in his shop and get in touch with those customers to plan accordingly and hopefully offer some solutions. I have to give credit to the 2 woman advisors that were nice to deal with and are doing their best... there seem to be a lack of communication and leadership that reflects over the last couple visit I had..
