Bad service. Missed pickups. Nobody calls you back regarding your complaints. If you schedule a Wednesday pickup it will almost always happen on Thursday. Garbage will pile up. If you choose weekly service they will miss entire weeks and bill you anyways.

Iv been with them for over 15 years, past few years always some time of overcharging, tried to cancel with them last November they lied to me and ensured me that they will take care of the problems that we had before, 4 months later and my bill is $480 instead of $118 and tired of calling them every month, writing a contract doesn't mean anything to them, they will just charge you what they want next month, going to cancel and ask my lawyer to deal with cancellation fees.stay away, they will turn your life into garbage by picking up your garbage!!

WM Gross Incompetence: staff often miss pickups, do not fix their mistakes, customer service ignore calls for help, customers suffer the consequences (Victoria BC).

We, Bell City Carpets, have found Waste Management to be an excellent fit for our Waste Disposal needs!They have always been reliable, knowledgeable & easy to deal with, have paperless billing and several different payment options to fit everyone's needs.When we required a Bin replacement it was taken care of swiftly and efficiently...we did not miss a disposal date.WM know their Business & you definitely get what you pay for!
