Upon entering the store was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance.The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and where to locate them.Store was clean and well kept, prices were a little higher than Home Depot but good overall.

Disappointing experience at Lowe's. Waited over 10 minutes for a price check on a sale item in the self-checkout lane. The attendant called associates over the mic for help three times, and no support arrived. Meanwhile we watched multiple employees stroll by, loitering around the aisles and tills doing nothing at all. Left the product behind and unlikely to come back.

We bought a dryer from them. We didn't try it for a couple of days and then when we did run it, it made a horrible sound and then the motor broke. It was past 48 hours so we had to go throught the manufacturers warranty and then had to wait 2 more weeks for the repair man to come look at it and another week for them to get the part to repair it. If you buy a big purchase make sure you use it right away whether you need to or not.

Great selection of goods, both inside and in the garden centre. But for no particular reason I prefer Home Depot. Better layout, more recognizable products, more staff, I don't know but Home Depot is my first choice.

The customer service in this store has gone down so much. We loved buying from this store but not anymore. Employees do not know where products are in the store. Employees start to help you and never come back. Many times you have to directly go and ask for help from a group of employees that are chatting. It always seems like a heartache for them to help. They also loudly complain about other customers out front where others can hear.

I submitted an order and was quoted a 1 week delivery wait. 3 weeks and 4 phone calls later, they finally admit that they hadn't even bothered to submit my order, and it would be an additional 8 WEEKS. This was after they had already lied to me on 3 separate occasions and strung me along for 3 weeks one week at a time. THAT'S 11 WEEKS ON A 1 WEEK QUOTE. I understand that they're currently going through a change in management, but DONT LIE ABOUT IT. I am trying to sell my house, and this behavior cost me $1800 mortgage payment as I was waiting for these supplies to finish a renovation before I could list. There are a number of construction wholesalers in town, and I HIGHLY recommend looking into that option before shopping here. Go literally anywhere else none of their products are unique.

I put in an online order because this store was missing pieces, they sent me everything except the one piece needed to make anything else I needed worked. They never communicated that the other part of the order had been cancelled.After a week and a half of waiting I called the customer service number on their website, it sent me to some survey for seniors. The only other option at that number transfers you to a line which is not in service.Eventually I found a customer service line, waited on hold for a half hour, gave up, got a callback where I couldn't even hear the rep, called them back and waited again, and was told. there's nothing we can do".Now I have to waste my time driving to this store to return the useless pile of parts they sent me. What a disrespectful waste of everyone involved's time

Best customer service, meet with employee LOU. She was the best. Helped me to find the item I am looking for and give me guidance as well. Have been to this store many time in past. All the time I have excellent customer service.

We could not have been more impressed with a store as this one.When we walked in and found our fire tables right away, ROBERT came up to us with a smile, offering his assistance.He was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and honest, one could not help but want to buy, which we did. When we got home, we ordered the same unit that ROBERT helped us with online from Lowes.Thank you ROBERT and thank you Lowes for having such pleasant staff!

Lowe's, changing to Rona, always seem to have what we need. The gentleman in the tile area was most helpful and he was able to get 80 square feet of beautiful Portugal Porcelain tiles for our kitchen and most of the products we needed in his area. The floor is beautiful. Thank you.
