Awesome customer service!!! Amazing people and great experience, stayed for one night, then decided to come back for one more and Muchen Villa didn’t disappoint! Thank you, will definitely come back! Highly Recommended!

Came in Late at night mostly for a quick stop over. Very nice interior decor, clean room and easy parking. Very quiet area. Staff was very helpful in directing us when we called. Could use a larger sign out front as it was a little difficult to identify at first. Would definitely come again in the future.

Was coming to Vancouver for a business trip with a group of six people. I called and booked two rooms over the phone, and also confirmed that a late check in (we agreed on midnight) was fine. At 11PM on our way to the Villa, I texted to let them know we were on our way. At this point I was told that our rooms had just been given away by the manager.We were left with no accommodation and no further attempts at assisting us. Vancouver was fully booked up due to a hockey game and a few other big events. We began preparing to sleep in our vehicle but thankfully found a friend with a few camping mats to accommodate us.I do not recommend booking here. No accountability and zero customer service.

easy, clean. used the huge kitchen to cook. Is like a huge hostel, with shared kitchen, common area, bathrooms. very clean. tricky entry door lock and cupboards need more labelling. would stay again.

Great place, very clean, very good price, friendly staff and it is close to the mall, Walmart, lots of different food and less then 10mins from the ferry. Highly recommend for out of province travelers.

My flight came in late and I was not able to catch the last ferry. Phoned Muchen Villa and they offered to pick me up from the airport and drive me to the hostel. The Hostel was very clean and quiet. Ed and his wife were very accommodating and drove me and a few others to the ferry terminal first thing in the morning. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Extremely remarkable customer service. Very considerate to my situation, property recognized it and cancelled my reservation with full refund, despite my short notice and general cancellation policy. I am sure this will be my 1st choice when I return to the area. It is nice to find hospitality business like Muchen in the industry. Many do not demonstrate empathy. Gracias!!
