Worst Grad photos ever! Bad choice in photographer.They promote 16 photos to choice from and then you receive only 3 different poses. They switch a color photo into sepia and consider that a different pose. Where the hell is the creativity. Is that not your job in creating a memory for that Grad not to mention the family members? Really not impressed with this service. I would suggest you consider who you pick to take important photos. But your ready to take the Grads money for the GRAD Pkg that consist of 5 poses THAT DOSEN'T EXISIT!!

Very irresponsible team. I took my photo for the graduation , and paid the fees. After 4 weeks, they sent me someone else’s picture with my name on it.To err is human though, I called them multiple times informing them of the most nonsensical action.It took three weeks to get some response. They always promised they would rectify and call back, but never that happened. Imagine having another image of mine for graduation .Keep away from this horrible place, they are just the worst of all

worst choice.35$ just to have the graduation photos taken to hook you up.3 prints , plus shipping, no digital, summed up to unthinkable 200.And after the fact, they keep sending 20% discount, then 40% discount, 30$ off, and on and on.Go elsewhere.

My daughter is graduating high school this year, in February we paid the $35 sitting fee and she went in prepared with props and outfit change, and her glasses. The photographer, while friendly, did not do the prop photo and completely ignore the glare on her lenses in every photo that was taken. When the proofs went up I inquired about retakes and was told wexd have to pay the $35 sitting fee AGAIN if we wanted to redo them....however we weren't to worry because they'd edit out the glare when I purchased. When I scraped together the exorbitant fee to get the CD it arrived as raw images, not a single lens had been touched. I called and complained and they said they'd redo them and sendanew disc. Weeks went by, I had to contact them 2 more times before the disc finally arrived, and her eyes look awful! Again we contact andwe're told that if we send back BOTH discs they'll see what's wrong and fix them. I wrote in and was told I can get retakes free if I contact our local office - 2 calls and an emails 2 weeks later amd I haven't heard back. 80yrs and soooo unprofessional!
