Good apartment building but with some consequences I have living here ,they are raising there standard but somehow the parking issue persist I have parked with given parking spot but after few days I got flat tires and then my managment called that specific spot is been issued to some other owner.i check the tire someone put sharpe knife in my tire and put a big cut in that

I love this place because I live here. And I have been living here for 12 years. This is a family oriented place. It's my happy home.

If your planning on living here don't waste your time and money. Management and assistance working in the office don't care. On Saturday July 13th at 3:30am there was a flooding in are place. One of their pipes burst from the second floor and the hot water came down from are place and damaged most of are stuff. A few days after their were mold everywhere. Management and the office assistant were aware of the situation. All they care about is the sealing instead of are health. It just seems like it's are fault the way they are acting plus we have a one year old son still they don't care.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS! My family has lived on this complex for 40 years, my elderly grandparents are made to suffer with these pests while CAPREIT hires totally inadequate exterminators. Their treatments in our unit have done nothing! We have been battling this issue for two years! CAPREIT refuses to hire a company that uses the proper procedures in exterminating the bugs. It has been proven up and down that heat treatments are the only way to get the job done, but they keep treating our unit with chemicals. We have thrown out multiple mattresses and couches and spent hundreds of dollars trying to get through this. CAPREIT cuts cost by hiring, rude and incompetent exterminators from a company with terrible reviews. Terminnix Canada, see for yourself, please. We have turned our apartment upside down numerous times, spent money on laundering everything in the home for nothing! We are still suffering with these bed bugs and our only option left is to move.DO NOT MOVE INTO ORENDA COURT! If they are offering you a free month's rent, it is because this place is a hot mess! One star is too many.
