Randy the owner bent over backwards to get the job done in a professional timely manner. I can't recommend them enough! He does excellent work and cares about the finished product.His care and attention to detail really show through.

When they eventually came to waterproof my basement, one year ago in August 2018, they did not complete the job. They left an open trench across the back of my condo with the air conditioner suspended in air on a board which had begun to bow. After many promises to complete the job, they finally arrived a couple of months ago to fill in the trench with the promise to return in a few weeks to tamp down the fill and replace the cement they had already removed last year plus half of the remaining patio which had sunk because of the trench not being filled in. Paul arrived five weeks ago to tell me they would be here the following week to finish up. Still no sign of them.

We hired RAM Construction a few years ago to complete waterproofing and concrete work on an income property and were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail. When we realized that there were major water issues at a home recently purchased (weeping tile and foundation cracks), there was no doubt on who we would have come and complete the work. This time the work was occurring at the beginning of winter (and it was a cold one early this year) and we were living in the house (oh no the mess!), but I couldn’t have asked for a better team who cared about the work that they were doing and the fact that they were in someone else’s home. I will continue to hire RAM Construction for work needed in the future and recommend highly to friends, family and strangers.

Ram construction recently finished water proofing around 3 walls of my house. Before hiring Randy himself came out several times to not only meet with my husband but also my neighbours as their drive way was very close to where they would have to hand dig. Randy was able to answer all of our questions professionally and every time I sent him a text he answered back in a timely manner.Randy and his men showed up every day for 9 days straight and worked hard in the heat usually from 7-4. I was also impressed by his workers as they were kind polite and took time to chat with my curious children. When they left they made sure to clean up as if they had never been here at all. You could hear Randy saying to the workers to make sure the dirt and stone were leveled off and not just thrown on top. Have to say we were a bit skeptical after reading some of the other reviews on here but so glad we trusted our gut . .

Over a year later, never completed job. They just stopped responding.

I've never had work done by this company but have worked along side with Randy and his crew. Very professional and fantastic work. You won't be sorry if you hire RAM Construction.

Had water proofing done awhile ago...they started off great job was getting done fast and very professional.. once job was 3/4 done I was put on the back burner...couldnt get them back to complete with many promises and excuses...they did eventually finish but yard was not better than when they came ( as video says should be ")....just enough to shut me up...never heard from them to know if everything was done"

Randy the owner /operator scheduled a site visit. This is to assess the foundation damage and to recommend a viable repair. Gentlemen was friendly on the phone. That's where it ends. He showed up 45 min late. Provided fluffed" remedies to what needs to be done.Ram construction was provided with contact information for quote submission. Until this day we have not received a text

I completely gutted my washroom and laundry room. RAM construction had to fix the addition because it was done incorrectly by the previous owner. They completely reframed the floor and built a new tile shower. Amazing professional service by Randall and the boys! Gord did an amazing job with the tile shower and is very attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend for any household renovation project. Thank you so much!
