He quickly provided a very detailed report, and was able to explain his report findings to me, in a way I understood. Buying a house can be intimidating,but I felt very comfortable purchasing my property after his inspection. Phil did an home inspection on a house prior to our purchase. He was polite, thorough, and made us feel confident in his ability to identify any potential issues. When the home sellers came back early, Phil offered to ask them a few of the questions that had come up during the inspection, which was extremely helpful. The inspection report arrived promptly the same afternoon. It was detailed with very clearly labelled photos explaining a few minor issues with recommendations, as well as useful information about the location of the various house systems that we would need to know. Used Cornerstone Inspection Services for my new home inspection. Phil arrived before me to do a thorough years, deck and exterior inspection. When I arrived he thoroughly went through all defects and future issues that may arise. He had a full checklist he went through from the basement to the roof.
