GREEN TAXI

Never using this service again. The driver was extremely rude to me and swore at me calling me names because we decided to take another taxi. I don't feel comfortable/safe as a woman using green taxi. Every man I have come in contact with has been aggressive toward me and this is the 3rd and only time I will ever use green taxi. Treat people better because that is not how you treat someone especially a woman.

How is this company still in business? Is Ludacris. I will not seek their services for my clients who require wheelchair transportation or for any taxi services. The unfortunate truth is that in London, we are so limited with wheelchair accessibility- could it be that this is why they don't practice good customer service and feel they have the right to be rude, aggressive and disrespectful?- whatever happened to be nice to people and showing some respect. I've had no choice but to put up with their bad customer service in the past, but today I will draw the line. The taxi driver who was to pick up my client was nothing short of disrespectful shortcomings and rude all around. I will not lower my standards to match the Taxi driver's rudeness. Still, I will suggest that the owner of the company/ management needs to clean house with staff and better train their staff to have good customer service as I am sure it will help them retain more customers and not lose them along the way as it has happened today.

Very unprofessional! My father is a quadriplegic, he ordered a wheelchair cab to transport him to london from out of town. The driver called once he arrived and waited not even 5 minutes for my father who is in a wheelchair who cannot do anything on his own then the driver ignored my dads call back and when they tried to order another cab he was blacklisted as a no show or whatever and was unable to get a ride. I feel that was very inconsiderate especially for being in a wheelchair he needs at least 15 minutes to get out of the house.

They no longer show up when you call and they rarely answer the phone. Lately they've said please call another company" rude and unreliable. They've also left a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair without a ride even when he has called them in advance. Shameful and awful service. Completely downhill"

I booked a taxi using their online booking feature. I got a confirmation for it but when the time came, it never arrived. I called and they said no one was on the way, they had no history of my booking.I ended up missing a very important doctor appointment. I will never use them again, so unreliable and unprofessional.

I called for a cab to take me from St Thomas hospital to White Oaks mall in London. I could barely understand the dispatch operator who was mumbling. I waited over half an hour and a bit more. Cab was a no show. Worst taxi service in Ontario.

My mother in law has been using this taxi to travel back and forth to University Hospital to visit her husband. Every time she goes they charge her $11.00. Today they came to pick her up in a really old broken down vehicle which had a whole bunch of junk in the back seat. Then when she arrived at the hospital, the taxi driver told her she owed $18.00! I guess the drivers in this company can charge whatever they want to rip customers off (especially the elderly). Never again will she use this company. Customers beware!

Trash, drivers cant find you and they charge 15$ more for the same 15km trip to town and some of them drive on the shoulder of the road like they are scared of the middle

We made a reservation for our family with this service to Pearson Airport to catch a flight however the car never showed up and no body called as promised. When we called the company ourselves they said there was no car and the driver couldn’t be contacted. Do not recommend this service at all!
