Everyone was EXTREMELY amazing at this store! It was so great. I made a phone call prior because I live across the city and didn’t want to trek there if they didn’t have what I needed. The associate on the phone was amazingly helpful, and helped me out when I got there as well. Every employee I interacted with was so pleasant & they even helped me to the car with a HUGE item.

Would not recommend taking your dog here to get groomed. I took my golden retriever here and it was not a good experience. They never called for pick up. And it wasn’t till I got home that I noticed his front paw had blood on it, where he was licking it. They did not inform us that he got injured. They didn't cut his nail by the injury either. He also has a wound above his nose; most likely from trying to get out of the kennel.

The young girl who helped me was very nice and helpful. She took her time to explain what I needed. I do like this place always have good experiences there plus I can take my furbaby :)

I’m very confused at this pet smart first they accuse me from stealing second they fire the trainer I was paying for now my training is all off they give no information on the change or zero explanation. They are not very reliable if you want a steady training experience

They had only one cashier on till, sassy brunette who rolled her eyes at my friend because she failed to hear her number 3 times, gave me attitude when I was buying female bettas, she asked my tank size and I said 80 gallons which she failed to hear again, and then she proceeded to say “these need 5 gallons per fish” then I had to speak up and say 80 since she clearly needs a hearing aid or some Q-tips and she gave me attitude “I can’t hear through this thing” with a snarky attitude. Do better pet smart, she’s making this place look horrible for customer service.Re edit: her name is Lexi and she is a cashier

Had a very good experience had a conversation with the trainers seemed very knowledgeable put us at ease and gave us a lot of knowledge for training at home. Didn't have the puppy chow that we wanted, but with supply chain issues, we can't blame them for that

Staff are not very competent, and they take a long time to solve your problems. Three lady staff were just talking when I was checking out their animals, they don't offer help first hand, only waiting for you to ask. The store is quite dirty, and I understand it is a pet store, but they should compensate with better maintenance. They didn't have gerbils for rodents.

Petsmart has the cage cleaner I like, and good bedding at a decent price for my hamster. I wish they brought in more small pet items for their limited and holiday collections. Petsmart in general isn't my favorite pet store, but this location has Andrew, who is quite literally a ray of sunshine. I love it when he's on the cash desk, as I always get a friendly greeting. Dude, thanks for the chat and help today, this 5-star is for you!P.S. Um, yeah, I bought the lizard Pride outfit for my hamster...maybe she'll grow into it? Please something Pride better than wood chews next time?

We’ve been always go this location but today’s customer service was really really bad and rude. Some people might have day not feeling good or something going on in your life. but if you’re doing customer service and making money from that you should be more professional. Might go different location.I hope no one will have same experience as we had today any more.
