One of the best Medigas experiences I've ever had in my 19 years of visits with sleep apnea supply stores. The staff (Allyson Claudia and Jimmy) were super helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help me overcome several unforseen issues on my part. They concisively explained everything I needed to know, I never felt rushed and the paper work felt like a breeze. Thank you again for everything!

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were right on time for my appointment and gave me all the options available to me. They completly explained how to use the equipment and took care of any billing with the government as well as my insurance. They have called me about every 6 months to see how I am doing and answer any questions or concerns. I will use them again and have recommended them to several people who were also happy

Medigas was great at delivering my husband’s hospital bed within in a timely manner but that is where the good service ended. My husband passed away 4 WEEKS ago and the bed is still here! We have called numerous times and rarely are calls returned. Because the bed was on the second floor they said they needed two people (but only one person brought it in and set it up). It is now disassembled in my garage so it is now a one person job and they still aren’t returning calls to make arrangements for pick up. I hope someone isn’t waiting for a bed knowing this one has been here unused for a month! Come on Medigas you need to do better - at least return calls and be accountable!

Thank you Medigas for making my transition to using a CPAP machine easy and comfortable. Allyson was friendly and helpful, and my start up session with her was very thorough. I would highly recommend using Medigas, the staff there were wonderful!!!

Allyson was amazing to deal with!! She contacted me 2 minutes after my prescription came in to them to set up an appointment for CPAP. She was aware of the urgency as I am waiting on surgery that requires me to have been using CPAP for a certain period of time. She offered me an appointment outside of when they normally book appointments to accommodate my work schedule. She was thorough with her explanation on how to use it and answered any and all questions I had. I definitely would recommend going to Medigas to anyone. I already recommended a coworker to use them to get her CPAP.

Kathleen was incredibly helpful in setting me up with my CPAP. She went through everything with me, explaining the functionality of the unit as well as how to clean it properly. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

The secretary is an uncooperative, rude and disrespectful woman!! I needed information from a previous CPAP machine bought several years ago and she rudely told me that I was just going to have to wait for her to find it!! It was on her to do list and again I would have to wait until she wanted to do it!! And then RUDELY said “I have a real customer in front of me” and proceeded to hang up on me!!This is information that I need in order to get another CPAP machine and I definitely will not be getting it from there!!

Do not expect any help from them.They the first when they wana bill the gov but they never pick up when you done with the equipments.2 months caling no one picks up my calls ..Left voice messages and yet no one bother to call back.Anyways i already called the ODSP and they will stop the funding since am not using it somebody else might need it
