Go somewhere else if you care about your PC.Chad had my computer twice and both times barely even used it at all before deciding it was “working fine!”. Still charged me 100$ for basically just wiping my computer and reinstalling windows though.The real kicker is when i picked it up he asked several times if id be willing to sell my Graphics card to him so he could use it in someone else’s computer (even tho mine still isnt working) i even got an email which i assumed was him checking in to see how it was working but nope just him trying to salvage the working parts from my PC to resell to someone else.If i could give a lower score i would

The most AMAZING service that I've ever experienced!! My teenagers laptop was dying so we walked it in, while it was at the crash screen and they knew exactly what was wrong, what it needed, made recommendations and also discussed what my kids needs were. They are genuinely interested in their customers PLUS it was ready the next day!! We will definitely be going back for all of our technology issues and purchases from now on!
