Everyone was really friendly and considerate. They went out of their way to accommodate, and I noticed no one ever had to wait in line for anything. Really outstanding service, and the dentist and technician seemed very good as well

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, and was a bit nervous about the process and some of the tools used. Without being asked, my nurse showed me each tool and what it did, and was perfectly lovely the whole appointment!I would highly recommend Cariboo Dental to anyone with teeth :)

I have been Dr. Dhillon’s patient since she arrived in Williams Lake I have always been more than pleased with all of my treatments herself and staff are knowledgeable and always friendly.

They got me in immediately when I had a bad toothache. Dr. Kao and Amanda were great at explaining every step of what they were doing. I had to have a root canal and it was totally pain free! This was, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had.

First time my 3 year old daughter being seen and had a cleaning. She hasn't stopped talking about how she loves the dentist and that she isn't scared. They are amazing with kids! All of staff are amazing and friendly.

So i got mixed up with my appointment- thought t’was 3pm but it was 2pm,clinic phoned me if I am on my way, so I headed there. The staff are so amazing, greeted me and thanked me for coming. And Dr. Sharma and her assistant Lana were great. Keep it up guys!

I live almost 3 hrs drive from Cariboo Dental Clinic. Recently, I was having some dental discomfort on a day when I had to be in Williams Lake. I called when I arrived in town asking if they might have had a cancellation or something to permit me to be seen. My last minute request was received with sympathy and obvious genuine desire to help me out. But I honestly thought it was pretty hopeless. I left my number and voila! I got a call back shortly after saying that they'd found a way to squeeze me in. It would have been so easy for them to say Sorry

I was advised not to visit this dental office, however, other dental offices were unable to get me in so I went to this one out of convenience which was a mistake.I went to go get two cavities filled. Both fell out shortly after and had to go back to get them redone. Additionally, they missed a large cavity in the same area so I also had to get that one done as well. They used an excessive amount of freezing. I was told it would last a couple hours and it was frozen for appx 11hrs.After my last trip to get the 2 fillings redone and the 1 cavity that was missed being filled my jaw has been having this odd clicking. I asked Dr. Kao about it and he had said that every dentist does it differently and that mistakes happen. Doctors make mistakes, surgeons make mistakes. My jaw continues to click.My husband also had fillings fall out which had to be redone.The front staff was very friendly and helpful and they were able to get us in quickly when needed. However, the trips seem to have caused more harm than good so we will not be returning.
