Views from higher floor room is pretty decent and doesn’t carry the noise from the nearby train station. Modern amenities with well trained staff. We had a good time during our stay.

Enjoyed my stay here. Front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a corner room on a higher floor (it had nice views and plenty of sunlight). It was awesome to be able to watch the sunrise on sunny days. The breakfast was also amazing. Probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in the Greater Vancouver Area. Staff were friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 1 night before our flight back to Toronto out of Abbotsford. The location is pretty busy as it is right next to the city hall, a school, and a skytrain stop. The service was really good, can't complain. However, the floor in the bathroom was really dirty with stains and hair. We wore slippers in our room the entire time.

This is a great hotel. It’s clean and hip. It’s a good traveller and family hotel. Breakfast is good too. The gym is excellent and so are the other amenities. The cafe serves very good and reasonably ably priced food. My teenager declared their chicken sandwich to be the best he’s tried. He ate it with a side of gochujang sauce which really elevated it. The Surrey metro is right across a so is the library. This is an up and coming district and the old part of town is a little old. Our experience was made better because of the attentive staff who were always responsive to our needs. I highly recommend end this hotel.

Service here is pretty good, staff is very responsive to the requests.Keep in mind that their rooms with queen beds are east facing and the rooms have plenty of light in morning to wake you up super early. They were prompt in putting up some black out blinds for us which unfortunately didn't work so they found us a room on the other side which was king bed- not ideal for family if 3 but we prioritized sleep and were thankful to them.Location is right by the train station, convenient if going to Vancouver waterfront side without the headache if driving.Pool is outdoor and west facing, warm water and length wise long. Mornings were cold at the pool but afternoon/evenings are great. Depth was 1.3m max, good for kids to play and even adults to do laps

Lovely property for location but other Marriott properties are better. If you are on a lower floor facing the sky train you will hear the train at all hours when brakes squeak. Better when moved to a higher floor near top. Convenient parking just very disorienting as multiple entrances and exits.

Get. Ear. Plugs!It's a very decent hotel, clean, modern, nice staff, all you want. BUT it couldn't be closer to the sky train, so get absolutely ready to hear it day and night. I'm told that lower floors get to feel it as well. Yum. The rooms are a bit weird, at least to me. The bathroom is basically a corridor behind the bed. I don't think that I care much for it but they're comfy and well maintained so no major complaints.As for the hotel restaurant/bar: good drinks but the food is kinda meh. It might save your evenings though because everything closes so stupidly early that you'll end up there more often than not.

Decent hotel in a sketchy location. Rooms are clean and modern with small refrigerator, odd and marginally useful coffee maker, no microwave. No laundry facilities, so not the best for longer trips. Staff is wonderful! On-site restaurant is good but limited selection.

Directly across from Surrey Sky Train station to King George and Waterfront it has quick access to most public transit.The restaurant and coffee shop on the main floor are quite enjoyable and make relaxing at the Hotel quite nice.Staff are friendly and welcoming, with everyone seeming quite positive and upbeat.King Room was quite spacious with desirable amenities. The TV featured Chromecast so I didn't have to use my own. And the view out of my room over the plaza was quite lovely especially at night with the lighting.I would

Absolutely fantastic stay here. First, we had a vehicle that didn’t fit in the bottom level of the underground parking.. not a problem. Accommodated us for a different level. Recommended the pool for our kids to have some fun! Room was clean, modern and the beds are SO COMFY! We will 100% return!
