The customer service at the Matheson location was excellent. They were quick, courteous and very helpful. Joseph saw us as we arrived and came and carried our machine from and back to the car. That was extremely nice.I highly recommend them.

I bought a Rocket Appartamento from Faema on their website. The shipping was extremely fast and I received my machine in two working days being based in Quebec. They also included an espresso starter pack with 12 espresso cups and plates, 12 spoons, 1 kg of coffee, a rocket tamping station and a milk frother. It was a very appreciated gift and shows the company cares about its client. Thanks again and I highly recommend this company! Buy from them if you've been looking at a certain espresso machine for a while.

Excellent friendly service, worth the drive to Mississauga. Took my Rocket R58 for a tune up, got it back the next day and the coffee is even better than when the machine was brand new!Thank you for the great service, and help with my flat tire.

friendly staff who know coffee, know their machines, and know customer service like no one else. We bought our Jura here 12 years ago, get our services here whenever we run into issues (which is very rarely) and we buy our roasted coffee beans here. Fantastic product, people, and service.

The store is ok until it takes your money. If you have issues even during warranty then all your nightmares are about to start.Go and buy another brand. It’s not worth the price tag.We own a Jura Z10 that now I regret that I bought it.

Amazing Service! This is the second time I've ordered on line and both times what I've ordered arrived the next day - and I live an hour east of Toronto! The first time was the great Trucillo coffee, this time it was filters and cleaning tablets. Ususally we drop by the store but we're not out in Mississauga often. It is nice to pop in and browse and pick up supplies while repairs are done but as repairs are few on our 2 machines it's great to be able to get such quick deliver, and free shipping!Thanks again Michael.

I was welcomed when I arrived and asked to wait. The wait was brief and the service level was exceptional. They do repairs on site and will troubleshoot immediately to determine if it is a quick repair or if you need to leave your machine.We had to leave ours, and I’m having separation anxiety this morning :-)

Terrible service experience and expensive. Took over a month to service my expresso machine only to break down within 2 weeks. Brought the unit back for repair and they did not put my machine back to original state (forgot to add a part). The service representative wanted to me travel back to the store to pick up the part and install it myself and was rather rude on the phone. I finally convinced them to ship me the part and they wanted to charge me for shipping. The cost for repair was also astronomical. Think twice before leaving your expresso machine with this service centre.
