Insurance claim on 3 roofs , had to call them back to clean area , debris and nails all over the property and on the third home they had to come back and fix facia coming off with a bit of wind. Last time I call them there was no warranty, they were going to charge me $450 and to be there in 2 to 3 weeks!Got another contractor came the same day at half the price☹️

Insurance Claim turned sour! Was told these folks were the preferred vendor of the Co-Operators. Almost no communication for nearly 6 months after which they were unable to source materials for my home. After repeated emails and missed dates they did a few repairs which were very poorly completed and cut corners that cost me both visual appeal of my home and required me to hire a different company to fix to code. The soft metals crew showed up in the late afternoon to replace downspouts and eaves but again and did not have the required materials to complete the job. I would once again have to wait several weeks or go back to insurance to plead for a full metals replacement of a different shade, this after months of lead time to get the right product! The only positive I can say is that the initial inspection and quote were well put together and that the guys were friendly. This company is overworked, over committed and evidently are unable to keep up with demand or communicate updates to customers in a timely fashion. Stay away unless you can confirm a guarantee of materials and a set time, expect that time to change constantly and without any communication. I would also recommend having the repairs reviewed by a thirds party inspector if they impact building envelope or anything that would flag visually on a house inspection. (See Photos)

Renewal projects, Mike, Julie, Jaela and the crew who did the installation of my roof were awesome. The quote the work and the follow up all exceeded my expectations. The cleanup by the roofing crew led by Jeff was great and the workmanship looks great. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing. Job well done, Thank you.

I've used Renewall Projects for 2 jobs on my home now and I'm nothing but delighted with their service. From the moment you contact the office to the friendly and knowledgeable people actually doing the work, you'll have no problems. I requested an estimate and was given a day they would come out almost immediately. The project coordinator got back to me with the quote in a timely manor and I gave the green light. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Renewal projects is the preferred contractor of cooperators insurance Ltd.They came by to inspect hail damage to my roof and siding.They did a very lazy job on the inspection and miss represented the type of siding on my house. They told cooperators that the siding on the house is gentex grey when in actual fact it is made by vytec.The product name and serial number is on the siding, they were just to lazy to do a proper job.When I contacted them to ask if they would make things right and correct the report they refused and left me no option but to leave a review.Do not use Renewal projects, they do not care about making things right with their clients.

reNEWall handled the renovations for a 1970's bungalow we purchased.Floors, paint, trim, bathrooms, doors, remove walls, electrical updates, plumbing updates, new kitchen, new detached garage - we basically updated the entire house after about 50 years of wear and tear and added a garage.Rob H managed the project and was awesome to deal with. All the trades that came to work on the house did an excellent job, and any unexpected issues (which always happen) were handled with reasonable and well thought out solutions.I wanted to thank Rob, all the staff at ReNEWall and all the trades that worked on our house, for a good experience, and quality work - we have been living in the house now for over a year and wouldn't do anything differently.Mark MacDonald

Our house deck was not slopped correctly and was causing issues with leaking into wall/windows. I hired Renewal Projects to remove the deck and investigate in Sept. 2014. It was determined the damage required more work than just a new deck, window replacement, stucco replacement, etc. We tabled for spring of 2015.I had queried on whether we should order windows for whole home in February, but Roger was not worried about delivery. We had scheduled the 5-6 week turnaround to be started by June 20, but Roger did not have men available when they stated they would.Roger ordered windows from one company, but they were delayed (were not advising people they did not have components and would thereby lose orders), and so went to second company and was still delayed - and we could have ordered windows a few months in advance and not had this problem.Then Roger hired a foreman supposedly versed in window installation and taping, but had no idea how to do window installation nor run men (the juniors standing around while he and another senior did work).Without my Brother in Law there, knowledgeable in plumbing / contracting, the job would never have gotten done - I would still have holes in my walls or leaking windows.My Brother in Law reduced the scope of work as it was clear they were not very competent in this regard, and supervised the job completely.Then the stucco sub-contractor fell off the wagon and could not complete the job in a timely or competent fashion. I had to have one wall completely redone and its still correct. to top this area they didn't put in a couple of areas that were there, and the stuccoed over the two wires for the door bell - I now have no doorbell. STUPID!!!They could not complete the deck rail because they stated that engineering would not authorize it. I have since looked into myself and every company out there is happy to sell me the product and state it for certification. However, upon investigation it appears the estimate I was given by Roger appears to be grossly undervalued - perhaps this is the reason he could not work on the deck railing?!To complete the travesty of this project, Roger presents me with an invoice that is very, very close to the estimate that he originally gave me for everything. And we removed a scope of work, didn't do the deck railing, he added in a more expensive stairway than we discussed, charged me higher price of fascia than should have been, etc.. This was the culmination of a nightmare for this job.Quoted price: $173,000Invoiced: $171,000Paid: $145,000This will show you that the project was not simple dollars, and the amount grossly overcharged and not even kept track of in any shape or fashion to enable a correct invoicing procedure. We provided the breakdown to show where the costs were and how they were related. Just horrible.Renewal Projects may be alright for shingling a roof, but the Project Management and Management skills of this company are sadly lacking any business experience at all.Its taken me this long to provide a review because of how upset I was regarding this nightmare!I would recommend against using them in this type of work for certain!

From start to finish the entire process was exceptionally fast. The work was performed professionally, the staff are excellent to work with and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterward. Communication throughout the project was exceptional.I really can't say enough good things... Renewall will get my business next-time and I'd recommend them to anyone.Quality work, completed quickly and with great communication.

ReNEWall was contracted by my insurance company to replace my siding. They were very professional and polite. We had an issue with a piece of the newly replaced siding coming off. They handled the situation very professionally and sent someone to perform the repairs.Update:The same piece of siding that we had an issue with has had two more issues. It came completely off. ReNEWall came quickly to repair it, but it is already coming off again. I am attempting to work with ReNEWall to make sure that it gets repaired for good this time. I will update this review, hopefully with good news that it has been fixed for good.Update:The piece of siding was repaired again. They informed me of the process used to secure the piece and advised me they suspected wind between my neighbors house and mine causing the piece to fail. ReNEWall acted quickly to repair the work and I had no hassles getting them to do it. The team was patient with my frustration and has attempted to repair this piece of siding each time it failed. I would absolutely continue to recommend this company to someone looking to get siding work done. I think that my experience has been a very one off problem.
