Waited for so so long and to book a ticket. I asked to change my date according to the insurance I bought, but they did not help me as supposed to be. I end up canceling my ticket and lose more than $350; I payed for insurance to change my date, but they were not able to make it. I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

This is worst place to go.The lady don't know what she is doing.More than that what can I say.I wish I could give them a big zero.I don't refer anyone to go here.

I always buy tickets from this location , never disappointed from their service , either changing a ticket , cancelling it or rescheduling it.I bought tickets few months ago to visit Pakistan and my ticket was cancelled by the airlines twice time and I was informed by Asad about the change and PIA travel requirements especially getting COVID test from designated labs in PakistanDefinitely I recommend this place for buying tickets due to their excellent customer service and professional attitude

Will never buy ticket from this travel agency or recommend to anyone.I called to ask for travel restrictions information and he won’t give it to me unless I buy a ticket from him. I would give zero star. Very bad customer service.

Recently, in August 2021 when most of the patrons were affected by sudden cancellation of airlines flights, Mr Asad and his team work tirelessly for us for best possible accommodation in flight seats. We really are thankful for your services.

Raj threatens people with disabilities with lawsuits for his own faulty communication and business acumen- that too for a google review. Very sad to see.I would highly recommend speaking with the human rights council if you have experienced discrimination and intimidation like this. this is what council I have also received in regards to his booking in my name.His personal bullying against me when am already not in the best health should be a lesson for all.He tried to tell me that he would refund my ticket in return for silence. I would highly recommend we speak out to get this business to face the consequences of unfair practices. I will be detailing as well with HRC especially since he would not discuss my ticket with me but rather my male family member/relative.
