Went through the drive through. Missing food. Had to call them and they want me to come back when already home. They seem so focused on getting people through they can't even make sure stuff is correct. It's just laziness.

I have been going to this Tim's daily for a long time and up until now the service has been ok. However, last week my debit card was double charged for an order. I went back on two separate occasions to discuss this and both times I was refused any refund. There are lots of places to get coffee in Sherwood Park and I wont be going back to this Tim's again.

Best Tim Hortons in the area. Always fast service, never anything wrong with the orders. Drive through is especially efficient.

Location is 100-664 I ordered food today at 2pm medium coffee begal and veggies after 10 minutes ask for food and they said we don’t have begal they guys only worried about drive thru…. Customer service zero..

This Timmy's is my favourite in all of the Edmonton/Strathcona area. They are CRAZY fast to get your food out, and when it comes it is fresh, hot and well presented (as in, not slapped together haphazardly) and the staff is very on-the-ball and friendly. I have a kind of convoluted (and admittedly annoying) order that subs out some ingredients in the turkey club and they ALWAYS get it right when most other Tim's get it at least partly wrong each time. I'm so impressed, thanks guys for making me feel less anxious while ordering my picky self some food!

Went to the drive thru because they told me at 9pm they were open till midnight but they closed the store early. However the lady who was cleaning inside didn’t even try to answer me and just ignored me though she saw me and then after a while rudely replied we are closed.very disappointed.

The staff are amazing! If a mistake is made they are more than willing to correct it, and make your experience great. Rosette and iza are always lovely, and make this one of my favourite locations!

After a day working construction, stopped in here at 6:50 pm on Tuesday may 9th.One person in the drive thru, and 6 employees inside the store. I stood in line for 5 minutes before leaving out the front door, not as much as a indication they were busy or acknowledgement I was there.Terrible customer service, atleast Let me know you busy… instead of making me feel like I’m not welcome. I’ll skip this stop next time around.

New person behind the counter. Not ready for his job! Didn't know many things and had to wait for someone to help him. Long lineups at counter.
