Ordered a pair of size 7 slippers but got a size 7.5 instead, which was slightly too big.Contacted their customer service, who were very friendly and paid for the shipping to return the shoes and sent the correct size which fitted perfectly.Highly recommended!

I went into the store yesterday and what a great experience it was!I had the pleasure of meeting Tamara, who so kindly answered all my questions about the different sizes and colors of the rugs, their maintenance, their use, etc. (she is so knowledgeable). There was another client there at the same time and he was so happy to walk away with 3 rugs he purchased.I actually slept on my rug last night and I'm so happy with it, it was so cozy and I love the color I chose (rich chocolate brown).I highly recommend their products! I know I will most definitely go again A) for the service from Tamara specifically and B) for the rugs themselves.Thank you so much guys!

Loved the rug and baby rug for crib. Only had to wash them once in the 18 months since I ordered them. Only water, air dried, and had only been brushed twice. My daughter can only lay on it because she has weak muscles, so no rough housing on it and no tugging at the fur has ever happened. A chunk is coming off the baby rug which surprised me so I contacted them by phone. At first the rep/owner, Ashley, said he could refund me half of my purchase price for that one based on my description of a triangular piece about 1 1/2 long (more like 2" really) by 3/4" tall peeling off

Like a lot of people I searched online when I was looking for 2 sheepskin rugs for our study. I looked at a LOT and decided on 2 from this company. When they arrived I was really amazed by the beautiful quality of these rugs. They are soft, thick, fluffy, and for a very reasonable price. Despite having measured the room, I found they just weren’t quite the right size once I had put them down. I thought return that was going to be a hassle, but then I found out that their shopfront was actually very close to me (so rare when you order online these days), so I went down there. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The return was very easy and I chose rugs they were better for us. All over, it’s rare to have such a wonderful shopping experience with the impersonality the Internet these days. Even if you don’t live local to them, you’ll have no regrets if you order from them online. Their products are absolutely beautiful. Sheepskin rugs really vary in price, I couldn’t believe what I received for the prices they have.

I had initially placed an online order for universal low-back seat covers for my 1972 Citroen DS21 Pallas. Ashley from SheepskinShop called back almost immediately to confirm the fit and he determined they were too narrow for the wide DS seats. He offered to make a custom set with dimensions I supplied and they fit and look great. Communication and customer service were top notch. Highly recommended!
