I reached out to Newground last spring when I was in the process of purchasing a home in St. John’s. Being from out of province I had no idea who to choose! However after speaking with Tara I was instantly put at ease. She answered all my questions and found solutions to my concerns. They have shown nothing but professionalism and genuine care. From placing GREAT tenants to overseeing minor repairs to the home I feel I have not much to worry about! I find them to be very affordable and there are no hidden cost which I have found with other property managers in the past.Would absolutely recommend!

Started using new ground property management as a recommendation from a friend. I live outside the province and was looking for someone to manage my Airbnb. Right from the beginning they took care and control of the property and helped with a number of items I thought I would have to fly to Newfoundland to take care of. My property now has a 5 star rating on air bnb and I have no stress that it is being managed effectively. Tara has been quite helpful at recommending ways to maximize my revenue. If your looking for Airbnb management you have found the right manager!
