I whent in to buy a pair of headphones, after I made my purchase I inquired about a refund policy just in case I was not happy with the product I was told once the package is opened there is nothing they can do. Seemed a little strange to me however upon further inspection I found the return policy an found I could in fact return the specific brand of headphones I bought. I brought it up to the store clerk an they were understanding an very helpful in returning said headphones. I do enjoy shopping at the source for my electronic needs, I will return.

My customer service associate was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and got me signed up and operational with my new phone plan before I even left the store. I dont buy alot of electronics and I'm not very techy but when I do I will definitely go here first.

Bought a smartwatch at their WEM location in the early afternoon. Got it home and it didn’t power up for whatever reason even after spending an hour on its charger. Tried to return it to Bonnie Doon location in the later afternoon. Had to fight with them to get them to take it back, even with my receipt, matching serial number, etc. Ultimately they did take it back, but it should have been hassle free. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere.

The service was excellent. Ashish was very thorough in explaining the phone plans to me and helpful in many ways. He was extremely helpful and receptive to customers. I would recommend and shop there again. I’m happy with the phone plans I got.
