Good and trust worthy mechanic with excellent customer service. Great attention to detail. Victor listened to what is needed to be done on my bike. Inspected my whole bicycle and reported his findings and concerns back to me. He outsourced new parts, fixed & tuned up my ol’ carbon donkey back into stallion. Don’t be afraid to drop off your high end cycling machine for some touch & loveI initially found out about RPB shop from instagram, where owner markets and posts some of his work there. I found it cool to see work done on your machine from a comfort of your phone. Kinda like a car wash

Very satisfied with Victor and Red Panda Bike Shop. I was very sceptical bringing my bike to a new bike shop especially after a few bad and expensive experiences with other local bike shops. Victor was very detailed with his explanations, sent me videos/photos of the before and after and was very patient. My skepticism even gave Victor a hard time as I was worried about the repair. Pretty sure I bothered him to the point that I would of hung up the phone on myself. Victor was professional, understood what I had been through and took the time to answer all my questions. It is because of this attitude and great work that I will return as a customer. After having the bike back for a month now, it is still running like a dream. Thank you Victor.

Victor is such a great guy. He is very knowledgeable and his price is fair enough. I brought him a kids bike for some issues with the tires. He shared some useful information with me which helped me a lot to make the right decision. I ended up not fixing the bike this time but I’d definitely see him again next time.

Luckily, we found this Red Panda Bike Shop, which is close to where we live. We have been looking for a mechanic to fix my son's bike. Victor is very knowledgeable & friendly. He was able to fix the bike in due time. We were very satisfied with the service and my son is so happy enough that his bike was fixed. He wasn't thinking anymore of replacing it with an e-bike. Victor, gave us some useful information regarding the pros & cons of e-bikes.I would highly recommend this shop for its top-notch quality of service.

I've been seeing Victor Vasco for bike repairs and maintenance for the past 6 months now and I can say he has helped me tremendously.
