I have gone to 6 mechanics in the past 2 years with my 2008 Hyundai Accent GLS 4 door. Probably have seen my car around with blue and white dragons on the hood and strips on side. Basically the car is older and needs new parts now. I’ve spent over 5k in one shop and they screwed me over to the point of damaging my new strut assembly’s! I was so upset and was actually in the hospital during this time.When I took my car to Dundas Motors, my brother referred him to me, I have never met a most honest person in my life. Chuck was so understanding of my PTSD the past mechanics have caused and anxiety. He showed me everything in the shop and explained it’s time for a new car in near time.I recommend Motors Dundas, sometimes the old fashion is the best way.

Brought my van here on a recommendation, after having had the worst service from Canadian Tire over the last few years. On my last visit to CT, they told me that my brakes had 2 mm left on them (+ charged me for the inspection) and that I needed to come back to have them replaced soon. I asked Chuck to replace them and he called me to tell me that there was actually 7+ mm on them and that they did not need replacing. He finished an oil change on the van and had it ready in less than two hours. My business will go to him from now on. So thankful to have found an honest and affordable shop close to home.

Chuck is always straight with me. No complaints about the work he has done on my car and he always tries to save me money if he can. It's hard to find a mechanic with scruples these days!! I really appreciate it.

I would not recommend this place if you’re looking to get a safety inspection. 50/50 being half repairs needed to be done and the other half were absolute ridiculous! Tie rod had play and a licence plate bulb was out so he was correct and fair in assessing those, however he added a fog light (not part of a safety) and 2 damn near mint condition rear brake lines, one of which had a small spot of MINOR surface rust. At $175 each brake line to replace! once I said I would do the repairs and return the vehicle, his tone was fairly short. I replaced the bulb and tie rod then brought the car to master mechanic where they easily passed the vehicle stating the brake lines were in immaculate condition and should not need to be replaced. Someone who doesn’t know any better would have been out some big $$ if they didn’t know any better. Included are a few pictures of the condition of the lines.

Chuck is very good. Busy but stays late if you need your car that day. Prices are good and he is a home boy working hard. Not these big stores just nailing you for everything.
