I will never go back to this place again. I saw Susan for a couple of massages and both times she was very late. Not just a couple of minutes late, but on both occasions more than 20 minutes. She had booked me for appointments (2 separate times) but she wasn't even in the office when I arrived while I was left sitting there waiting. I can understand if she was late due to finishing up with a patient but she wasn't. She was just not in the office. This is unacceptable to keep a client waiting so long and 2 times no less. Don't know how she ever runs a business considering she's not punctual. I will go someplace where they respect the patient's time and not having them waiting with no consideration.

I have made two appointments with Susan and both times she has cancelled the day of my appointment. In the second case, I was already in her office waiting. Both times were attributed to family issues. Although I can appreciate the difficulties of parenting, it is totally unprofessional and unacceptable to not have a back up plan when these issues arise, I’m sorry Susan but I did not believe you can be relied on. Perhaps it’s time to rethink your business practices. I feel sorry for her colleagues who have to listen to the complaints!!!!

My family and I have been going to Susan since she opened her practice over 20 years ago. She has a solid, professional skill set and is definitely in the right career field. Her RMT work includes various types of massage and sometimes energy work, which I know little about, but always walk out feeling 100% better than on arrival. I’ve had regular massage with many therapists since the age of 17 & Hands in Health is by far one of my preferred clinics. Susan has built a successful, client-centered practice in London over the years, and I’ve recommended her to many others. She has helped me through 2 MVAs and always sends me home with extra tips on posture, sleep patterns, exercises, stretching etc. Kudos to the staff at Hands in Health on a job well done. I had a tight back and back spasms. Stacey was good, but then she got too busy so I was referred to Susan. I asked for deep tissue and was told essentially that's what it will be.. She said she will even attack the source of the problem. Ok. So, Susan began by saying she will begin by releasing all my joints.. Not what I asked for but ok..She put her finger on my heel, knee and back etc for like 10mins. Crazy! Then when she started working on my back she never passed a 1/10 in pressure. I kept saying I need the pressure around 7/10. But she insisted that she was highly skilled and knew what she is doing. I was disappointed to say the least. That was a scam. I believe to this day I should be able to get an actual back massage for the $85.. I pay out of pocket too, so that wasn't cool. Never had this type of bad experience before anywhere else.

My family and I have been going to Susan since she began her RMT practice 20 years ago. She is incredibly talented and has treated us through surgeries, car accidents, a pregnancy and for overall wellness. I have made dozens of referrals to Susan because her patient-centred approach is professional and outstanding.

Susan is extremely talented & skilled at what she does. She has been my RMT through 3 pregnancies & 2 MVA. Susan and the services she provides have been a crutch for me through my cronic ailments and new ones. Susan has a genuine interest in her clients & that is evident. I have referred Susan to my husband, children, mother, father, sister and countless friends. I strongly recommend Susan! You will not be disappointed.

It was supposed to be facia with massage for an hour, with Suzan, but I never in my entire life got such a terrible massage. Just rubbing some , I think it was water mixed with oil. I did ask to use a bit of pressure but she ignored. What she did with my neck has caused me having on and off headaches constantly which I never had. I will never go to Suzan again.

Stacey is an awesome RMT. Definitely one of the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She listens to what ails you and has you feeling so much better before you know it.

I had the most incredible massage with Susan. I went home feeling like a million bucks. I have had many massage therapists and I've never had this sort of experience. I felt so restful. All my knots were released and she hit every single spot that has been giving me stress. Her cranial sacral work is UNBELIEVABLE. My head has never felt so amazing. I would go back every week if I could.

Always such an awesome experience! I never leave here disappointed, and always feel like a million bucks. Susan is professional and kind and so good at what she does. Definitely would (and do) recommend Hands in Health to everyone I know.
