Velocity Plumbing was the ONLY company that even answered my phone calls & responded. Bobby answered my call in the evening which was both unexpected & appreciated. He had someone here the next day & was also quick to respond back to any & all inquiries. I will absolutely be calling them again when needed as their professionalism was above par!

I called them to tell them ask about fixing a small leak in our bathroom. They came same day, arrived on time and fixed it within 2 hours. Amazing service and would definitely call them again if for any future plumbing issues. :)

We’ve had Velocity help us with both a plumbing issue as well as recently taking a look at our furnace. Both times the employees have been friendly, professional and so helpful. They take the time to explain what they’re doing as well as providing recommendations! They go above and beyond, would highly recommend! :)

Super fast service - no hard sales pitch or pressure at all to use the company. Installed a new furnace for us on short turnaround and were very professional. High quality workmanship. Took the time to explain everything and provided everything we needed for rebates. They also did an amazing job of cleanup when they were done. Will definitely use again!
