Amazing experience! Went for a mani and pedi with my guy bestfriend. Service was great. They were very accommodating to doing a manicure prior to my friend joining for the pedicures. Staff actually took their time to remove calluses and dry skin. Very happy with the spa package and overall shellac nail services :)

Called to see if they had time to do 2 Gel fills. Was asked when we could be here. Told him 15 mins. He said there was time. So we came for the experience. Read the reviews thought we’d give them a shot.Such a disappointment. Be rushed my nails. Made them way to short. Then only had one light my two hands had to share. They didn’t cure fast enough and started to pool against the cuticles. He said he could fix it. But instead the more he filed the hotter it got. They’re too thick and pooled too far into the cuticles. Told him just finish them. And he argued repeatedly that he could fix. Mean while three customers walked in and waited for pedicures. Only one lady got hers done while the other two waited.If he didn’t have time. Say so. Don’t rush it. Told him just clear coat it I’m done. He argued some more. Mean while the other customers were still waiting for pedicures. Horrible experience. Will not be back!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Got my nails done for the first time last year (frog nails) and then again for my birthday this year (floral)

I have had my nails done here a few times and was very happy with them. Recently I had them filled by a new girl ($70)and within three days, I had lost four nails. I phoned and asked if I could come back to have them fixed, they said yes. When I arrived, I was told I had to pay to have them fixed as the ones remaining were not lifting. So I paid ($20) and had the four that popped off replaced. Literally the next day, one of the nails they had just fixed for me the day before lifted and was about to fall off. I went back to show that I was not lying and this was what was happening to my now ($90) gel fill. The guy behind the till was very rude to me. He pointed for me to sit down and aggressively started filing off the lifted nail and burnt me. He didn't speak or look at me the entire time and when he finished he said you are done."No goodbye

Great experience! Took me as a walk in, and the full pedicure with shellac, hot stones and scrubs made it feel like a spa experience. 10/10 would recommend

In some ways it's nice to not get overwhelmed by selecting a nail colour, but in other ways it would have been nice to choose a specific tone.

Booked a pedicure well in advance for myself and a friend to get them done together. Got there and waited half hour while they did hers. Then she had to wait while they did mine. Meanwhile 4 more customers came in said they had appointments and all waited. Pedicure itself was ok, but was done very quickly and I had to recut my toenails when I got home because they had sharp edges. Paid $60 and didn’t get half the services as my usual spot gives for the same price.
