Unprofessional and very disrespectful with clients. I called to explain what I needed and to book an appointment. The lady was laughing at me and talking to other coworkers in another language. Just to summarize, they thought I just came by to get 1 get one nail done. Wow.... that is something new. I will never come back, and I will always tell my friends to do the same. Laughing at customers' face is VERY disrespectful.

I booked an appointment for a mani and pedi at 3.00 pm . Walked in 3.01 and was told to wait . After waiting for over 30Minutes, a lady rudely walked towards me , no apologies no reason for the delay and takes a lady for a 3.30 appointment that just walked in . I tried asking what caused the delay and she tried going on what setting up someone that just walked in . It’s obvious they have too many clients and wouldn’t careless if they lose one .

Overall pretty good experience and nails came out great!

Booked an appointment and arrived on time. Signed in and then proceeded to wait. Not one person acknowledge me or asked if I had an appointment. After 20 minutes of waiting I had to ask if I was going to receive my treatment. I was told that the girl was almost finished" and waited another 10 minutes. During the pedicure

The staff were very friendly and professional. I did not feel rushed and will definately will go back again.

Unhygenic, poor quality work. Terrible all around.I don't expect much from these nail factory, production line salons, but this was on another level. The file and tools were already used when she used them on me, and when I was leaving I watched her use them again, unsanitized, on the client after me. How many people were they used on that day? That week? Maybe even that month?Then she used a dremel on my BARE NAIL BED, and didn't bother to trim my cuticles. She didn't check the lengths of my nails so they're all different. Some are really long and some really short. I had to file off the burrs she left on my tips at home because they kept catching on everything. I even had to peel the excess gel polish off the sides of my nail bed and tips of my fingers after the appointment.They didn't give me a chance to wash my hands at any point during the appointment. I know I had hand cream on, but she dismissed my concerns. 4 days after my gel polish application, the edges are already peeling.Besides being a waste of money and time, I'm not prepared to risk getting nail fungus or an infection because they don't care. Save yourself, go somewhere else!

My daughter(5) and I had a great time at this salon today. My daughter loves getting her nails painted and they treated her like a princess and did my nails so well! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Always so happy with my service, ladies are amazing at their jobs and always take me without an appointment!
