Always helpful. This little guy fell into our window well, and a magpie was after it. We didn't realize what was happening, but when we did, we quickly saved it and called them, and they directed us on how to proceed.

We saw this organization at an event in Strathmore. Amazing show, amazingly educational, the kids had a blast and so did we. A real focus on facts and also that a lot of these animals are surrenders, and getting a pet should be a lifelong commitment

Great place. They took a bird in who wasn't able to fly. They do great work, it's great that we have places like this around. Im glad they were able to take the little bird in and help him out. Thank you for the help!

Called in a concern about a goose with twine wrapped tightly around it's ankle, to the point that it could barely put weight on it's leg. By the next day this wonderful team had been able to locate it and remove the twine! Definitely recommend calling them if you see a wild animal in need of help.

I took in a little savannah sparrow that I came across unable to fly. I called and spoke to a woman right away and was able to bring in the bird immediately. Wildlife rehabs are such important places that provide critical services and are severely underfunded. If you can, please remember to donate if you bring in an injured or orphaned animal as a small “thank you”.

We found a baby squirrel who fell out of the tree. We thought it was dead and it was cold and raining outside. It was moving a bit so i brought it in the house to get it warm. I seen it moving more so I called the Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society and they asked me if I could bring it to them. They took the little animal in and I know it is in Good Hands now. Thank you so much.

After bringing in a squirrel, one we had seen excel from nearly being killed by a car and needing antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection, handing over what was now a beloved squirrel that was cleaning its face, eating vicariously and enjoying the sanctuary we provided for him, handing him over for antibiotics, willing to pay for any vet bills and necessary care, and specially stated to the vet tech, do not euthanize it"
