Raj tiffin service and catering

Tiffin was good quality. It was always on time. Never had to follow up on delivery.Portions were excellent for the pricing. I only wish they would add more vegetables to their menu. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.

Tried a month’s deal while my family was away. Here are some pros and cons.Pros- Tiffin is priced reasonably, I tried 3-4 tiffin providers in Mississauga before shortlisting them and they offered the best value for money.- They are punctual and tiffin is delivered within the same time frame everyday.- The rotis stay soft for long and size is big, zeera rice(they serve daily) r great.- chole, rajma, zucchini sabzi and a few dals are good.Cons- Sabzis are watery and not the best in taste- initially I didn’t understand their concept, they send 2 dals instead of sabzi +Dal a lot of times. They’ll send chole+yellow dal or rajma+toor dal. According to them chole, rajma are sabzis not dals which was new to me..overall, they offer a fair deal for the price you pay.

Please don't go for their tiffin, they miss a lot of tiffins in a week, and they have the same old menu every week from which I got very bored and stopped taking their tiffin!

We liked the quality of food served, and the reliability, punctuality and communication with the owner and delivery team. I would always recommend this to my friends and would like to avail that whenever we need the tiffin service next time.

They delivered food at my workplace as well as at home when needed which is very convenient. Food quantity and quality is good but the taste is consistent, curry and subji tested the same. Price is also reasonable. Ultimately good service, keep it up, what I suggest to bring some variety in food. thank you

Raj Tiffin = Indian Home cooked food in Canada. The service is really good, the food is tasty and wholesome with different menu everyday in week. The owner takes the feedback very optimistically and work on it which is the best part.

Actually this has to be a 0 star but unfortunately there’s no option. Do not ever go ahead with Raj tiffins. Firstly the food is below average, their menu consisted of 5 sabjiz for 2 months that I took tiffin. Secondly, they overcharged me for the service and when I told them that I asked for less tiffins, Mr. Raj conveniently denied and kept sending more tiffins. When I asked them to stop sending extra and refund the extra charge or adjust it, his comment was ‘I will not do it because I don’t want to get into this calculation.’ He wouldn’t do it because he didn’t feel like calculating. He doesn’t want to do the one job he has.When I pointed out that this is pathetic customer service, his response was because of this remark we will not send any further tiffins and not refund money.Basically this whole service is a scam where they would charge extra money and later deny it and provide worst food and experience.I can also guarantee that all the other 5 star reviews are just fake.Just save yourself some money and mental peace and DO NOT sign up for this pathetic experience.

Try it for sure ! Been getting their tiffin service for past 3 months. The food is very well made and the deliveries are very consistent. The food was exactly as my expectations. It is a tiffin service that i will recommend for all students. the owners are friendly and communicate very well on text and call.
