Absolute worst experience ever! Owner did a bait and switch on my shingles and then after arguing with him, he sent me a message that all warranties go through him and good luck with that. I tried contacting him many many times over 3 months to come fix deficiencies and he never returned any of my messages and I had to fix these issues myself, the day/night before the weather turned for the worse and to winter. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give him and them a -1,000,000. Stay away from this company and unscrupulous owner!

Great locally owned roofing company. Fair pricing, honest service. Explained everything so even I could understand, and suggested I NOT get work done unless the problem persists. Can’t get more honest than that. Will use for all my roofing needs.

Would have given a 0 star rating but not a option.Had mike do a insurance claim on exterior of house took over a year to finally complete. Shortly after the siding started falling off and buckling very poor workmanship. Tried for warranty through Mike but everything was my fault.Never did anything to help out. If you need exterior work done get some other company to do it. Stay Away

Oh My Gosh. Just terrible. Stay away. Avoid. Horrible quality work, everything leaks, and then he won't come back and says it is your fault. He is angry all the time. You will be ripped off! This guy was previously operating under the business name Thermal Magic Industries, which tanked because they kept ripping off customers. You can view the negative reviews on yellow pages website.
