We've been using Trillium for years and have always had fantastic customer service! The staff there are honest and never try to sell you on something you don't need. I wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive maintenance and repairs!

The guys are always friendly and professional. They will let you know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait.
A few years ago I had an issue with my car. After a very expensive diagnosis, the problem still existed. Two weeks later and extensive research, my car was properly diagnosed and repaired. I was not charged for the wrong diagnosis. This kind of honesty is rare and an excellent trait to have in a mechanic shop. I have been to several shops over the years. I have now found a garage I can trust with my vehicles.

Great staff, great service and good prices in my opinion. I was always leery of finding a place to take my vehicle, you read and hear about scams. When I moved to the location which was right near Trillium back in 2005 I didn't have a regular mechanic or garage I took my vehicle so I tried Trillium and been going there since.I've since moved from that location and although more difficult to get there instead of just dropping my vehicle off and walking home, I'm definitely staying with them for there servicesThanks!!Rob

I've been taking our little putt putt to Trillium for a few years now and I have no regrets. Quality service, friendly faces, very accommodating and (as one would hope) our car is still going, which is pretty good for a 2010 with ample mileage. Last time I was in, they caught some issues in my suspension that if left unchecked could have caused some serious you-need-a-new-car damage. Crisis averted. Thanks again guys!

Such a great shop! Dylan, Connor and the rest of the boys do such great work. They always put covering on the seats and wipe the steering wheel which I love keeping my car nice and clean. The work they have done to my car and inspections and recommendations is so well done and thorough yet efficient. I had one appt that was pretty long needing quite a bit of work and they even let me take a courtesy car to Lime-ridge Mall which is nice and close by. Amazing guys, and amazing shop. 5-stars always!

We got a quote over the phone and the actual cost was pretty much exactly what we were told! Highly skilled, knowledgable and honest mechanics. We've been using this shop for literally decades. Our cars have been repaired accurately, on time and for fair prices. They don't sell you what you don't need, but will be sure your car is safe and fit to drive (we like to hang on to our cars as long as possible). Lovely owner who actually cares about his customers.

The first time I went to see Dylan was to have my front brakes and rotars done. I had my car back in a day considering how busy they are. Great price, great service! This time I thought it was my transmission. Had my car towed there, as it turned out it was my battery gone wonky and sending crazy signals to my car including telling my transmission not to work. New battery and cleared up the confusion and problem solved!! Thank you so much Dylan and your Team! You guys are awesome!

Trillium auto service is the best garage that I have ever used. They make honest and clear assessments of what is needed. There is no extra padding or upselling, completely honest, straightforward and best of all quality work. The staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I have never had a negative experience and have been using them now for 6 years.
