Dr. Tietze did an amazing job on my son's ear (cauliflower ear from Jiu Jitsu). She's friendly, professional, helpful and seems like a skilled surgeon.

Did not have a great experience. Took so long to get in only to have the appointment last all of 5 minutes. Got in to a paediatric ENT the following week and he couldn’t believe she said it was fine. Do NOT recommend Dr. L Tietze at all!!!!

Worst place & service I've ever encountered in my entire adult life. Dr Garrach office is beyond useless. NEVER answer phones, NEVER return calls...absolutely 100% useless. Charging me $140 to fill in 3 lines of info for short-term disability paperwork...a total of 12 words. Useless beyond human words!!!!! Is there a choice for negative five stars?

Worst doctor ever! Spent less than 3mins in the room with me after waiting 6 weeks to get in, and an hour in the waiting room. Didn't even say hello when she walked in the room. Completely dismissed my concerns as she wouldn't allow me to speak. I'm now seeing a new specialist and I would not recommend tietze to anyone.

I am so thankful I had Dr.Tietze for my thyroid surgery. I am 1 week post op and just had my check up to have my stitch taken out. She did an amazing job, can barely see the incision already!! Had a friend who also had this same procedure done 2 days after me, different surgeon… different result.(Not discrediting her surgeon- mine was just better ;)). Thank you for your care Dr.Tietze, may you understand the difference you make.

Worst doctor I have ever been to, at first it all seemed okay, but she nicked an artery during surgery and I’ve had nothing but complications. Constant bleeding throughout my whole healing journey. She didn’t even tell me that’s what she did, so cold and didn’t even talk to me afterward, it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. My family has been suffering with my issues, I have three kids and I’ve been down way longer than I was suppose to be because I had complications that needed surgical intervention by a different doctor. Would not recommend, I’m still in the healing process and I keep bleeding constantly, Lord willing I will make it out okay, this is not something I would recommend to any one!

Dr tietze is very professional , friendly and great at doing her job . Had otoplasty recently and very happy with the results !

The nicest doctor I have seen in a very long time. Addressed my problem promptly and efficiently. If you need to see a ENT, this is the doctor to see. Thank you for fixing me.

She is the worst cosmetics doctor in the world . I am a student and I borrowed the money to get a rhinoplasty nose surgery and she did such a bad job and she every time I go back to her she tells me it looks great and it takes 10 - 15 years for the nose to heal probably. And I am not happy at all , I wish my nose was the same as before the surgery . Now I am in debt 9 000 and I don’t have money to do it again and get it fixed properly someone who actually knows what they’re doing . My advice would be not to go her because she’s going to make it look worst than before .

Wonderful doctor. Greatful she helped out my son so quickly with his ear infections.
