Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked a somewhat last minute car rental from here. I was kind of skeptical at first to book because of the reviews on here but decided to book from this location as it was close from my place and all Enterprise locations in Edmonton were sold out. They called me the day before just to confirm my booking which I thought was really nice because not all car rentals do that. Check in the day of was extremely smooth and easy. One of the staff there (I believe her name was Mariam) was super professional and friendly. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. The car we rented was clean and exceeded my expectations. They have a drop lock box for you to drop off your keys after hours so you don’t have to return it during working hours. Despite the reviews here, I would consider renting here again!

Two star because the people I dealt with were good. The young deaf lady I dealt most with was very nice. The car that was rented to me though…- Windshield Wipers were not working. Well, one wasn’t. The one in front of the driver wasn’t moving. I broke the ice around it and still it didn’t move. Thankfully it wasn’t snowing.- The tire pressure was low. Every time the car turned on, it told me to « Please check tires! ». The yellow light indicating tire pressure problems was on all the time.- The car was overdue for a maintenance. Every time the car turned on, it said « Inspection now! ».- The door to the gas intake was frozen shut. I couldn’t get it open to add a bit of gas after using it.Thankfully the rental was paid by the auto dealer. I would not have been happy if I had to pay for this car for the day.

Got a loaner here while car was in for servicing. Very happy with the pickup, service, and time in and out. The van we got was a little beat up (minor scratches and chips in window) but very clean and worked well for our needs. Would rent here again.

Excellent service. This was a rental for an insurance claim. It was the staff here who made sure we did not have to pay extra when our insurance adjuster gave us a wrong dollar amount for coverage. We really appreciate their diligence.Highly recommend.

I have rented from this location a handful of times and my past experiences were not always pleasant. Since Julia has started managing this location the customer service has completely changed for the better! To create and then modify the reservation multiple times was painless. This Enterprise location will be my preferred location from now on.

The experience could be better. I could say that I noticed that the service they gave me was different than the service provided to local people. I don't think will use Enterprise again.

First car I was given had a massive oil leak which had clearly been going on from the rental office. This led to the car dumping its entire oil supply in my garage and on the driveway. When I called about it I was asked to drive the car in, even though I had explained that the vehicle had absolutely no oil in it. Eventually I convinced them to tow the vehicle and waited about 3 hours for that. The best part was I had to find my own way to the rental office as they were unable to pick me up." For a company whose slogan is "we'll pick you up" I thought this was quite interesting. After picking up the new vehicle I then had to deal with phone calls from an auto body shop because apparently whoever set up the tow for the car had randomly sent it there. Then I spent the rest of the day trying to clean up my garage and driveway of oil... To deal with all of this I had to take the day off of work as well

Worst place..... after my employer rented a vehicle for me demanded that I still leave my own personal credit card Info, then months later are charging myself and sending to credit collections manager said that he was new as an excuse to not help still trying to figure out this issue that the created with out any help on there part

My vehicle was in the shop for some repairs that were only supposed to take a day to complete. They picked me up from the dealership and the process for the rental (paid for by the dealership) was quick and easy on my end. They even upgraded me to a full-size car at no cost.Once my vehicle was ready the next day, I returned the rental and they gave me a ride back to my dealership only to find out after an hour or two that there was another issue that arose with my vehicle and it was going to be another couple of days for the part to arrive. Enterprise came back and gave me the same vehicle I had previously. The only thing that I didn't like was that they required another $150 pre-authorization on my credit card, which wasn't a big deal and I understood why they required it, but it could be an issue for some people if they happened to run into the same situation that I did with my vehicle in the repair shop.Overall, the service that this Enterprise location provided was exceptional and the staff are very professional. It's an extremely busy location though, so be prepared to wait a bit if it's busy, but they definitely do their best to help you out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I've rented vehicles here in the past, and will try to keep coming to this location. Very friendly staff that have always tried to accommodate me. Shout out to Nikki, very nice young lady that assisted me in my last rental.
