I’ve been seeing Sam Lee at Metatherapy for the last 3 months. The progress I’ve been making with Sam after every session has been spectacular! He is very attentive to how the body reacts after every exercise. Making small tweaks and recommending proper treatments along the way has enabled me to hit PRs week after week. Something I have been unable to do on my own. He makes every session very efficient understanding the busy lives with two young toddlers.Looking forward to continue working with Sam!

After tearing my ACL in early 2023 I was worried that the only solution was an invasive surgery and months of recovery. James took a genuine interest in my preferred method of rehabilitation and recommended Ben Law as my physiotherapist. In five weeks I went from hobbling with a cane to walking almost perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff here at Metatherapy and their caring support through my recovery. 5+ stars!

I had a great experience at MetaTherapy last couple of weeks. I have been seeing physiotherapist BEN.The combination therapy of physiotherapy with a little massage and some acupuncture worked well for me this week. Thank you BEN for your support and your excellent customer service. Thanks for listening to my concerns. The receptionist Sylvia is amazing. She makes you feel welcome. This is a great place if you need healing.

My husband complained about his knee and the first person I thought of was Sam!I was referred to him many many years ago after my knee surgery for my ACL. He helped me recover quickly and safety. Sam is an awesome person and very knowledgeable in his field. Would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to do physiotherapy! My husband also agrees after his initial assessment this this week.

First session with Dr. James Chiew was phenomenal. He spent time to learn my needs and concerns and address the problem points needed. Very friendly, knowledgeable and provided many tips in order to help assist recovery. Front staff is kind and respectful with your time. Facility looks insane and well put together. 101% Highly recommend Metatherapy and will return and book future appointments.

Great team of caring professionals. I met with Sam Lee for a physio assessment. His passion for helping people is unmatched. He took time to understand and assess my situation and was able to show me through the exercises he put me through, where exactly on my body I needed to strengthen. He genuinely cares for your well being and wants you to succeed. That itself is worth its weight in gold.I would highly recommend him and Meta if you need physiotherapy. Place is a gem.

Sam Lee has been a pleasure to work with on the road to recovery after a sports injury. I was happy to see that my treatment has been tailor fit to my specific injury, and I can see recovering even better and stronger with the physical therapy treatments I am receiving.There is so much value in working with a professional who has the same goals for your health and can push/encourage when you need it! I’ve been seeing Sam for physiotherapy on my shoulder and it’s been a great experience. Folks at MetaTherapy are knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I’ve had shoulder issues for years and avoided the sports that have plagued me. This is the first time I feel like there’s hope and a path back to these activities I enjoy. Thank you!

Hands down the best clinic out there! Very knowledgeable and friendly team. They care about their patients and want you to heal as fast as possible. They have a wide range of modern equipment and are always upgrading. I instantly feel improvements and relief after my treatments. Highly recommend them for all their services.
