Very professional pilates studio. Both Kristie and Jenn are outstanding instructors. I highly recommend this studio.

In company with a friend and workouts came up in discussion and l recommended workouts with this instructor Kristi. It’s high energy class both workout and instructor. Both motivate you to come back.!

I've been going for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. Kristie is very friendly and fun. Workouts are always interesting and well thought out. Instructions are exceptionally clear. Would recommend without reservation.

This business is very unprofessional and the vibes are quite negative as the instructor Kristie is very snobby and gossipy. She has co-opted the yogi mindset and traditional knowledge for her own personal gain with no sincerity at all. I immediately felt unwelcome at this place. Will not be returning.
