Unfair Business practice / buyer beware!The order I paid for online was very clear,- item in stock- free shippingI have all the screenshots as well as the confirmation/contract.after 3 weeks no unit was shipped. I was told 3 times that the item was backordered (no mention of shipping cost).When the unit finally arrived the seller blackmailed me for over 20% of shipping charges.They contract says zero shipping. It says shipping cost $0.00 to my home address.Don't buy here if you don't want to go through consumer protection and small claims court to get what you've paid for.

I am cancelling my 5-star review done 3 years ago. I bought the range and the fridge from him then. Called recently and asked for advise. He was inpatient. Asked my budget. I told him I am looking for a dishwasher and the range. I needed a piece of advise on the type because of the size specificity. He advised me to look it up and call him when I know exactly what I wanted. I asked for his advise - he said: I don't work for free." I thought he would be interested to spend some time with me over the phone to get me in

As far as service goes, they get 5 stars. I haven’t tried the unit yet so I’m not sure how it operates. Upon recommendation from a friend, I visited Aniks to look at a one unit combo washer/dryer they carry. Tom and Ibrahim were kind and took their time showing and explaining the unit. I wasn’t ready to purchase it then as I wanted to wait until my contractor started work on a laundry rough in. Two weeks later I called to make the purchase over the phone and asked if the unit could be delivered the following day which it was. They went above and beyond ensuring next day delivery. Thank you Tom and Ibrahim!

Bad experience as they don't cover insurance protection for delivery so I end up received the cracked Dehumidifier cost $ 450.87This is the first time and also the last, I do not recommend any one order online from this company.Your company advertise free shipping that's why it got my attention. When you asked me to pay for shipping insurance I denied and said please cancel my order, but you still shipped anyway. Your company refuse to take responsibility to claim Canada Post on customer's behalf. As according to Canada Post Policy, the sender needs to initiate the claim. Your business is losing reputation !!!

I am very happy with my purchase and service from Anik Appliances>>> Ibrahim, Director of Sales was quick to respond and assist me with my purchase when I placed an order for a range online. It was very difficult for me to find a 20 inch gas range with all the features that I was looking for. Tom, the Operations Manager, to my surprise responded quickly as well by personally delivering the range a week earlier than I had expected.as well-Very friendly staff also.

With Covid-19 and all the back orders on appliances, we've needed to order multiple of the same appliance from multiple sources and in this case it was the range hood that we needed first to get our occupancy permit for our new build. I talked to an agent on the phone when I out my order through and told hy situation and that I may need to be refunded if I get one from else where and he said that was fine. Fast forward to the present I have a rangehood from elsewhere and now he tells me that even though I haven't received my order from Aniks, and the order hasn't been put through on my card I will owe 25% of the cost of the product. That would have been nice to know when I first phoned. And given all the back orders they shouldn't have a problem selling this rangehood so essentially they're just making an extra buck off of a cancelled Order. I am very dissatisfied!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Ankis. I could not find any retailer that could be their prices. I purchased the 6.0 Cubic foot LG twin washer with washing pedestal. I saved at least $600 in total going with Aniks. I was able to register all appliances for LG warranty with no issue. They have a very impressive show room. Will be going back in a month for the dryer. Zero complaints and no issues.

Amazing dealer. The stuff named Ibrahim is so friendly, respectful and offer great advice for the coffee machine I want to buy. He has a great product knowledge and the delivery was very fast! Definitely will come back in the future.
