I absolutely adore everybody at this clinic, they are all so incredibly kind and helpful. When you come in it’s so clean and you feel absolutely no judgement. As someone who was embarrassed about my problem it was so amazing to come into a clinic and feel incredibly welcomed! This is a very comfortable clinic to visit and I have already recommended it to everyone I know! They helped me clear all my issues and had follow up appointments to ensure nothing came back. This clinic is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough!!

Dr. Russell and his team are fantastic! Every appointment I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. His colleagues in the clinic go above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of and everything is ready to start when Dr. Russell comes in. Dr. Russell is friendly, informative and lays out exactly what his solution is. Getting the procedure done the same day as my initial appointment was great and I enjoyed our random conversations throughout which made it go by really quickly. Follow up care and communication was supurb. If you suffer from ingrowns or other foot problems this is the place to go!

Dr. Ian Russell was great. I had an ingrown toenail that was causing me discomfort for quite some time. He handled it quickly and painlessly. He’s a true professional and really takes pride in his work. The rest of the staff were great as well, always friendly and very knowledgeable, so I absolutely recommend!

I saw Dr. Russell at the end of March for an ingrown toe nail. Judging by the way he flew into the room and was asking rapid-fire questions, as well as trying to upsell me on a $2000 permanent procedure when I indicated I have no private insurance for, made me feel like he was booked back-to-back, was tone-deaf and the overall customer service experience was poor.The actual procedure was extremely painful, felt rushed and like he wasn't being careful or checking in with my pain tolerance at all. I have had ingrown toe nails cut or adjusted annually for many years and it was never this bad. I started gushing blood as well which also has never happened before and I had to be extremely careful with the after-care to avoid infection.The cost was also exorbitant - $270 without even any aesthesia? I was paying $60 in downtown Toronto for years, and just recently saw another podiatrist in Calgary that charged only $90.After all this, I ended up having to see another podiatrist this month to fix the ingrown again because Dr. Russell didn't fully remove a nail fragment that was still embedded in the skin from the previous cut. I'm now out an additional $90 to correct the mistake, but I'm happy to have found my new podiatrist as a result, since she is way more careful, booked an appropriate amount of time for the appointment and much more affordable.

Dr. Russell is professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. The support staff were friendly and attentive. The procedure was painless with a quick and comfortable recovery--would highly recommend!

Originally I had 1 side of each of my big toes done in 2015/2016 by Dr. Russell at the clinic. The ingrown nails were removed and my toes healed perfectly. In 2023 I had a few more nails that were ingrown and had to be removed, Dr. Russell did a wonderful job again. Early May one side of my big toe that the ingrown nail was removed in 2023 grew back, Dr. Russell redid this nail at no cost ( his guarantee ) and the re- removal was perfect and my toe is on the mend. I have found all of the staff at the clinic very friendly , professional and punctual. I would recommend the clinic and especially Dr. Russell to everyone in need of his professional services that he executes perfectly.

100% would recommend Dr. Ian Russell for any of your problems! Dr. Russell was the 3rd Doctor I seen about my foot and didn’t wave me off like the other doctors did. He took his time and did x-rays and figured my problem in no time. Now I can finally look at the further with no foot problems!

I have suffered with an ingrown toenail on my big toe for years. I put it off after seeing some that have had surgery and limped around for what seemed like weeks. I googled foot clinics and the closest one to me had horrible reviews. The next one on the list was Dr. Russell. I made an appointment and the receptionist said there is a good chance the doctor would be able to fix it the same day. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in and was greeted. Staff were very personable and Dr. Russell was both professional and treated me like family. He immediately recognized my problem toe and also some issues with my other foot. No pressure but he said he could take care of it right then and there. I was walking with no pain in my street shoes right after the surgery. When the freezing wore off, to my disbelief I was still in no pain whatsoever. The next day and onward I was walking the dog ~5km a day. Following his guidelines, no pain, no infection and full recovery in three weeks. I know where I will be going if I have another foot issue - and so should you.
