Mick is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff about dirt/ gravel and applications. Show up with your truck, give 2 honks and he's on it!! Don't show up Sunday morning as he'll be at church. Great prices, we used him to install our ground for our above ground pool.

I bought soil from the owner of this business but when he was loading it into my pickup he accidentally damaged my roof rack with the loader. As he was aware of the roof rack and had loaded my truck a couple times previously without issue it was my feeling that he was not adequately paying attention which resulted in damage to my property. I tried speaking with him on the subject but he only responded with anger and told me he should never have have loaded it in the first place. I considered trying to fight for some sort of compensation but then decided against it, life is to short for that sort of thing. Lesson learned, in dealing with this business.

Their garden soil is amazing, good prices and awesome service. He's really flexible in setting up times and works quickly with the loader. We are getting 15yards of the mulch later this spring as well. Highly recommend Grassmick!!

One of their trucks just ran a red light, nearly side swiped me and ran over a curb dividing the road in an intersection. I kept honking but very visibly this driver was not caring and/or under the influence. No license plate on vehicle to report to police.

Careless and aggressive drivers, one of their trucks drove on the sidewalk and almost ran over someone - was not looking and didn't care or say a word when he stepped out of the truck.I tried giving the courtesy of calling the business to explain what happened but they hung up on me and didn't pick up my calls after.Fair enough, I guess you can't take critical feedback. Next time if someone actually gets run over and you are talking with the cops, think about all these Google reviews about your driver's and the opportunity to fix it.

Want an honest and trustworthy provider of landscape materials ? These are your people. I ordered some Crawford Blue Granite Chips from them. Through a communication error he brought the wrong material and dumped it at my place before I could signal him. He was so apologetic! It was never a problem. He went back to his yard, loaded up the correct material, got his backhoe and returned to drop the good stuff and remove the other material at no cost to me. This is the second time I have used him and would reccomend him in a heartbeat. Good honest people to work with!!

one of their truck's tail damaged my sideview mirror and he agreed to pay for the damage. when I got the damage repaired and he refused to pay. He blamed me for causing the damage. That was 6 months ago. after reading the other reviews, this company doesn't take responsibility for their actions. good thing my vehicle had cameras and i will be reaching out to ICBC since they dont want to answer my calls.

I haven’t used their services. But… I drive by every morning on my way to work.With the Okanagan under severe drought conditions, the darned sprinklers are on every morning. Greenest grass in town during watering restrictions and drought.
