From getting the quotes from Kevin to the crews that moved everything in just three days. (Quoted for four days)Premiere team smashed our move out of the park and were extremely professional. I worked with the team closely that was shipping, fast, efficient and very carful. Can’t say enough good things about them.Hopefully have the need for them again. Had used Premiere commercially and privately for many years, and was shocked at how much damage was done on a short move from Mahogany to Legacy. Heritage quality furniture was damaged and bedroom lamps I've owned since the 70's were smashed. Discussions with the management led nowhere, they would only do the bare minimum to address my concerns, despite having utilized the company over many years. If you value your belongings, look elsewhere. Most definitely NOT recommended. They offered some pablum excuses about not taking the damage insurance and that we had packed ourselves. Guess what Premiere- I have moved 12-15 times in my life and ALWAYS packed myself, with NO damage EVER. Premiere should have stepped up as I have been an EXCELLENT client, but instead they use the tepid no insurance" excuse. If I had known the damage that occurred

I have to share this review about my experience with this amazing company. They were tasked with bringing us a replacement Sony TV under warranty from the Brick ... and they are the most Courteous, Prompt, Polite, Articulate team of guys that I personally have ever dealt with in a moving company! I had the pleasure of speaking with a couple of different guys from there and both were incredible. What a team! If I ever move again I will definitely be calling this team FIRST! My TV breaking was actually what enabled me to meet the folks at Premier ! Thank you guys for breathing fresh air into a somewhat stale world :-)

Great work, I use these guys regularly for my business/commercial moves and white-glove service. (I've also had them move me twice because i get such great service :) )

Used Premiere for my office move 10 years ago and didn’t consider anyone else when it was time to move offices again. Just as I remembered - efficient, friendly, and professional. From Kevin’s estimate to Ali and his crew on moving day, about as stress-free as a move can be.

Called up Premiere Van Lines for a residential move recently and was I impressed! Diane was extremely helpful in setting everything up and going through all the costs with me, and so was the guy who came over to check out the place and make an estimate on the moving cost. Although yes, it does cost a bit more, Premiere has been in the business for a long time and they are known for the quality, I would rather pay a little more for that quality rather than have something go wrong with the move. Roy (one of the movers) was excellent and was literally running from the truck to the house to move stuff. A great experience overall and have already recommended to other friends

Workers were excellent. Willing to accommodate all requests. Punctual. Office staff provide good customer service. A few items were missing. Some were found by people who went through the boxes of paper upon return to storage. Some items still missing.

I want to thank Diane Nguyen for providing such a good service over the phone. She did an awesome job explaining everything to me and to make sure everything goes smoothly.I also want to mention that the movers did an awesome job. Real pros !Thanks to Mike Angus for coordinating everything from start to finish. He inspired trust right from the start and he was professional. Mike must be really good at Tetris because he really mastered to fill up his truck !We had to move from Alberta to Quebec and I was worried about how this would go. Mike and Diane were incredible and everything went according to plan. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very competent moving company. We have used this company several times and we have been very satisfied. Never any problems with damage or reliability.

Movers were excellent. Very communicative through the whole process and efficient. We were worried about an antique desk but they handled it no problem. All under budget and on time! We will use them again.
