Our agent Carmelina Pirrocco-Crawford has been our Travel Agent for a number of years and is excellent! For any trip that we have asked for her assistance, she provides full details, options and consequences of changes to the trip. She has been completely unbiased in her comments and always looks at our best interests. Last year we checked off one of our bucket list vacations - a trip to South America including 3 countries and 11 locations. Carmelina helped us through 10 iterations between Gateway Tours and ourselves before we signed off. The trip was absolutely perfect. This year she will help check off another trip on our bucket list and she has started working on the next years trip. We would highly recommend her for helping you organize any trip!

We have known Colette since she first started at the agency. She had suggested a Disney cruise for our family of five as a different vacation. As we were travelling with three children, we had some concerns. However, Colette put our concerns to rest and looked after all the little details. We had such a great time that we booked two more Disney cruises with Colette. Her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We want to thank Carmelina Pirroco-Crawford for the fabulous job she did organizing our cruise to Alaska. The cruise line she recommended for the trip and the cabin she arranged were exactly what we wanted. She looked after every detail so well and we had a wonderful time.

We had the best honeymoon cruise thanks to Expedia Cruises. Donna was exceptional! By far the best customer service I have ever encountered. She continued to follow up with us to ensure we were well prepared for our cruise. This was our first cruise ever and thanks to Donna and Expedia Cruises it won't be our last. My husband and I have been looking at booking a cruise but kept putting it off. We were walking downtown Oakville today and decided to pop in without an appointment to ask some questions. We met with Owen who is the owner of the agency. Many of the cruises they had were already booked and we had a specific dates and budget in mind. Owen went beyond our expectations and found us a cruise that worked with our timing and budget. His associate Paula was kind enough to serve me a wonderful cup of coffee which made the process more enjoyable. This is a very friendly team!

Barry was amazing. Barry arranged a Land tour of Western Canada before we cruised to Alaska. Both were amazing and Barry went beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I recommend Barry for your travel needs...he did 25 people in our group and considered everyone.
