Community Legal Education Association

This is an excellent service that offers free legal advice. They connect you with a lawyer who is often very friendly and will at the very least point you in the right direction. If you are in a difficult position and require legal advice to know how to move forward but don't have the money to hire a lawyer to ask them questions this is a great service. I often use it in my work with financially strained families.

They are very helpful, will try to work with you and your income qualifications, refer you to some good legal representation, and give you another referral if there is any issue with the first one.

Its OK but they never return phone calls what's the point of thier help?,

Even tho it's not part of their mandate and goes against it as confirmed through legal aid and local MLA and councilors I was told by them it was a conflict of interest for them to help me because someone mentioned my name to them . They are not representing anyone in a court of law so it is not conflict of interest. Long story short not very helpful at all
