I had an amazing experience with the Summerland Boat Rentals. The boats were well maintained and the staff were helpful and engaging. Shoutout to the bald staff member as he was respectful and patient as he guided us through the rental system!

Herman and his team at SWR Boat Rentals are amazing! Very friendly, will go above and beyond, and very knowledgeable and willing to help! A great business, right on the water in Summerland to get you out onto the lake for a fun day. Whether a speed boat, pontoon, sea doo, SUP or Kayak, they've got everything you need to get out onto the lake. They'll give you recommendations on the best spots in the lake to check out, and make you feel very comfortable heading out. Their team is always working to keep their equipment in the best shape and safe for their customers. A great team, all working hard for their customers. I highly recommend SWR Boat Rentals... Very poorly managed business. I would not recommend this place. We made reservations and paid deposit only to find out an hour before the reservation that they double booked us. The manager Morgan was NOT helpful and blamed her staff for the miscommunication. She offered no solution, and we were not able to rent from another place due to the short notice.

We rented a pontoon for our group of 10 for 2 hours in the morning. There were no hiccups with the rental, boats were clean, and the staff are friendly. We would definitely rent again!

Absolutely Micky mouse operation...day 1, we get there and the pontoon we had booked was damaged so we couldn’t get it. They gave us a boat and a skidoo to make up for it but they over charged us for it and charged extra to our credit card. Then they offered us a rain cheque and when we booked to use it a couple of days later they called and canceled it less than an hour before our time because they DOUBLE BOOKED us....Do yourself a favour and save your trip...do NOT use this company...terrible service and organization.

well everything with the boat was good took it out for a afternoon of boating with the family.we came back early to fuel up the boat but the fuel station was closed nothing can be done about that i had explained to them why the boat was not full but the next day they charged my visa with the fuel amount also fine but added the 25 dollar fuel up fee that being said if you rent here do it early

I would not recommend SWR Rentals. We rented a pontoon for a sales event for July 15 and I paid over $750 for the day rental, which I have no issue with! But when I reserved the boat 2 weeks prior, I asked if gas was included on this rental. Yes, gas is included. I returned the boat at the correct time, and young student said SWR made a mistake and we have to charge you for the gas. No discussion! Nothing! Poor service.
