bought this WHOLE BODY VIBRATION MACHINES a year ago. it stopped working after couple of months and the owner of this Markham store doesn't even return your phone calls after finding out that you have a compliant about the machine. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE, especially from Markham store. I wish I never wasted my $1200 on it.

Stay away at all costs. The salesperson lied to me about their massage product and that it's the lowest on the market. Bought it and googled it online the same day, and realized it was $100 above what Walmart was offering. They also mentioned I could return the massage machine at no cost, but I had to fight my way through the return process. They even wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee which was outrageous when they told me the return will be at no cost before I bought it. It was a two months fight but the owner of the store finally accepted it but made me travel all the way to Ajax to return it
