Wil not let me pay my moms bill. Cannot pay with a credit card. Absolutely ridiculous. Cancelling phone plan. Worst experience and worst customer service. EVER. Worse than Bell AND Rogers. And thats saying ALOT

The store is beautiful and clean firstly.Mark was fantastic from start to finish he was so personable and efficient he made sure to help me get on the right plan and explain the differences within them and to make sure i knew what i was paying for and that i was on the best plan to suit my needs. No detail was left out. He is absolutely amazing i have been to several Telus stores before this was quick...he added on accessories at a discount he was always attentive to our needs. Its really nice to go into a retail environment and come out with a good experience its actually quite rare these days. I'm thankful that he got me EXACTLY what i wanted without any hidden fees or issues and he made sure everything was working before i left the store so i would not have any issues again and i have NOT. HE IS AN ASSET to the company and i will be posting a review on all social media. Ty Mark... i love the new phone and i'm thankful you took the time to explain its features as normally people just get you a phone in a box and off you go.. this was a totally different experience a 20 out of 10 !!

Got my corporate plan set up through Telus. They neglected to setup my already existing payment plan which 3 months down the road led me to pay a 700$ bill. Which is fine I owed the money, I thought it was coming out of my account because I had paid 300$ the month previous, (turns out it was for my older phone or something) but it is what it is. HOWEVER. I called to pay and because my account is locked I don't have access to my plan for a week. Setting up the phone and payment method is their job! I already had a pre auth account which is why I was caught off guard. Anyways I don't recommend Telus to anyone and I will be paying off these phones and switching companies as soon as I can. Like what did they expect lol me to mail in my checks monthly..

Very poor customer service employee need to learn how to talk to customer if they don’t want to work then just go home don’t waste customer time

Can't even speak to a store representative over the phone to see if there is a product in stock! Thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere

Seriously the best service I've had in a phone store EVER. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend telus and this store

Worst customers service ever!!! I had my phone sent in to be fixed because of a cracked screen ,they didn't fix it. Instead, They gave me a refurbished phone instead with a faulty battery and refused to fix it. Don't buy any phones from telus !

The 1 star rating isn’t based on customer service, but more so on cleanliness, especially during these trying times having to deal with Covid-19.... how are we suppose feel clean when their is evidence of dust build-up, layers of dirt on the floor, yet as customers we are greeted with hesitation, and directed to immediately sanitize hands to later, realize the store needs to be moped/wiped/dusted/sweep/EVERYTHING.... please fix up.Customers service was great, but overall cleanliness was POOR!
