Achat et installation clé en main par Fenomax en 2010 d'une porte patio du fabriquant PORTES DECKO et après 10 ans et 6 mois, la vitre du côté fixe s'est descellée. Avisé le fabriquant en laissant maints message vocaux et fini par leur faire part du problème. Réponse, rien à faire de leur part. Mes autres portes et fenêtres de marque SOLARIS n'avaient jamais eu ce problème de descellement même après 32 ans. J'en avais parlé à Fenomax en premier lieu et m'avait répondu que je n'était pas le premier à rapporter ce problème. Produit de faible qualité au niveau du scellement des vitres. Très déçu et je ne recommande vraiment pas ce produit.

We purchased two patio doors through a Decko re-seller in Ottawa. I have two problem with the doors which has been a constant irritant.The screens that slide shut have 4 small openings along the bottom like little vents presumably to allow water to drain. That makes sense however it is also is an open invitation for house flies and mosquitoes like we have never had before. This is a real pain in the &**.Second problem which you might not think of when you buy a patio door is the very nice looking curved door handle. Looks really nice ehh, yea but it also reduced my door opening by 2.75 inches. Not a lot but now I can't get my patio chairs and table back out through the door like I used to be able to do. Because the deck is elevated I now have to pull them up one story with a rope to my deck. This should not be a problem simply change the handle to a simple vertical one. I asked the Decko re-seller and never heard back despite 3 attempts. I went on the Decko website and actually found a nice vertical handle however they told me it was not available. Then why is it on the GD website?? I did receive a second response and they did not want to deal with me and pointed me back to my re-seller vendor. So the next time you pick a company that does not make the product they are selling you, it becomes necessary to do your research and not make mistakes like me. I would never buy a product made from this company again.
