Jasper Towing

Had such a great experience at Jasper towing. Tyler was incredibly kind and approachable, and helped much beyond what was expected. Really appreciate all the help we received with this company getting our vehicle home!

worst guy, he will charge you 20 times more than original, he will force you pay cash or e-transfer. Don't be fooled by him, stay away. call someone else.

My water pump broke while on my way to jasper, was about 15km out , I called them they Answered right away and responded quick ; followed me into town and even fixed my broken pump for me the next day .. it was a holiday weekend and they got it done for me asap and was back on the road with no problem..

I Locked my keys in my truck after a day of skiing in jasper. These guys came and helped me out in like 15 mins for a reasonable price!

My partner & I drove to Jasper last weekend, and on the way there our whole car was shaking when braking, especially on downhills behind another car. To be on the safe side, we went into town the next day to get our brakes checked out.We pulled up to the tow yard and mentioned our issues and that the brakes shook less after rests (we stopped for a bit after each time it happened). The Towing guys were super kind and helpful, explained what the issue was, and reassured us that we (and our car) would be ok. They didn't charge us anything for the consult, and we're super nice about it all. I'm sure they could tell we were super stressed and worried too.We came in prepared to pay a ridiculous amount because Jasper is a small tourist town, but could not have received better service.

Was in a desperate situation in on a very early morning in December on the highway between Jasper and Hinton. Was forced by a passing truck into a shallow snow filled ditch just off the side of the road and had to call a tow truck. Without the time to research reviews and not many options, called Jasper Towing. They promised to be there “shortly “, ended up being more like a 21/2 hr wait. Once arrived, the driver was able to get me out of the ditch in 5 minutes then promptly handed me a bill for $800 plus tax!! My bad for not asking ahead of time how much it was going to be! With no insurance and the company not taking credit cards I pleaded with the owner, Ray, who, after a long discussion reduced the charge to $685! The owner is absolutely unreasonable and is a great example of someone taking advantage of people in bad situations. Save yourself time and try another company instead of this heartless, unprofessional and irrational company.

Had my car towed from my apartment I just moved too, called within a couple hours to see if it was there only to find out it's 300 to get it out! The price are robbery but they have your car and they know you need it back so they change New York city prices. The only thing was the customer service was good with a quick response time. But still can't get over the price of $ 300 for only 2km of distance really?

4 years ago we Lost a set of tires off the back of my motorhome and just about crashed 40 km out of on Sunday it cost extra but i should have been traveling during the week normal hrs 8-4 not Sunday night lol they came out quick and saved us with no more damage it took a few days for parts to get the repairs done to get us going but with great customer service they had us on out way for our annually salmon run! Thanks guys you where Awsome!
