Customer service was awesome. Rushika was very efficient and got me on my way as quickly as she could. Was very detailed and answered all my questions. Was able to navigate other clients to the signup queue while working on my account. I will definitely return for all of my other phones when the time comes.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a wonderful clerk named Rushika at this Costco Wireless kiosk. She went above and beyond her duties to help me with my phone issue. From the moment I walked up to the counter, this clerk was nothing but professional and friendly, and she immediately put me at ease with her warm welcoming attitude.Despite being very busy, she took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my needs, and then she went to great lengths to help me find the perfect solution for my issue. She was knowledgeable about the different phones and their features, and she was able to answer all of my questions with ease.What impressed me the most was how she went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied after exploring all solutions. She even followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was going well.I cannot say enough good things about this clerk, and I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to her for making my experience at the cell phone kiosk such a positive one and I would highly recommend her and Wireless at the Burnaby Still Creek location to anyone in need of a new phone or assistance with an issue.
