I like this place but recently they have been cheapening out on the toppings. For a large drink, I barely got any taro balls (this has been happening for the past month). I’m not sure if it’s the new staff but please put back a reasonable amount of toppings back to the drinks.

I got the ultimate fruit green tea, it was good, strong tea taste and felt more premium than coco, kind of like kung fu tea.It was a pretty long wait though, around 20 minutes but I guess you are paying for quality. There are a lot of fruit pieces in there, which is nice but the chunks take up about 1/4 of the drink and block toppings at the bottom.

Their drinks have a very strong tea flavour, even though they can be more in the pricier side, the drinks are in a large size compared to other boba stores. Their cups are also very cute !

This is one of my favourite places for bbt and now coffee as well! Many unique choices and 0% or 30% sugar level is always just right. Recommend: Mango pomelo taro ball, pistachio frappe, latte, tuna croissant, matcha cheesecake (FYI it's not that sweet).

Amazing drinks and excellent service! I ordered the strawberry creme brulee and loved it! The fact that they asked me how much sugar I wanted in my drink made it all better!

Opener apparently didn't show up for their shift so they were opening late. Okay I get that but put up a sign! Even if it's hand written! I wouldn't have waited for half an hour! The person inside the store saw me standing outside multiple times, it wasn't until I finally called the store that she came out to tell me it wasn't opening until 1. Not only that but you still advertise the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea on your website but it seems like it's been discontinued. Imo, that was the only good drink at M Cha Bar. Safe to say I will never be going to another Cha Bar again as my fav drink is no longer available..

I got the number 1 mango pomelo with taro balls today and it’s usually my go to. I asked for 30% but the girl there today made it so sweet that’s it’s unbearable to drink. I can’t even finish half but I don’t want to waste it…

We really like the drinks from M Cha Bar. However, during our most recent visit, they gave us full ice drinks when we ordered no ice, they even labelled one of the drinks as no ice but still gave us ice. We always drink no ice so the full ice was not fun to drink and kind of a waste of money.

been visiting this location often ever since it opened and it’s consistently the tastiest bubble tea I’ve ever had!! the girls who work here are always kind and friendly and i really appreciate that they accommodate with non dairy options wherever they can. The place is popular for a reason - which makes for a longer wait, but not much longer than other places in the area, I’m never in a rush though so i don’t mind.
