Feeling Strong. I actually get to work out on my schedule and without trying to fit in time to get somewhere, especially in the winter. My trainer - Emily ( Saskatoon ) comes to my home and I have her full attention for the hour, 3 times a week. Sometimes I wish someone else was there to distract her so I could have a break but so happy I am doing this. I am feeling stronger than I have in years and lets face it that doesn't come easy when you are over 40. She pushes me to do my best and go further each time, reminding me where I started and how far I have come. She has shown me that I can do things that I didn't think I could. Thank you Fitness on the Go for helping me get on track to a much healthier lifestyle.
